Excellent Well Made Dell Laptop Replacement
My Dell was 5 years old and the maximum capacity was in the 65% range and it would drain quickly. I did a bit of research and decided to go for this brand and match all the original OEM specifications. The replacement only took about 20 minutes, just be careful not to lose or strip any screws. Then remove ribbon style connector and put on replace. I ran a series of diagnostic tests and everything looked good. On my old laptop went from 2 to 3 hours to over 5 hours, so a worthy upgrade.

Bad quality
Battery lasted about 2 months and now is completely dead. Laptop will not turn on now unless plugged in. I stuck the old Dell battery back in and the laptop is working again. Get the Dell branded battery.

Works Great
Worked great on my Dell XPS 15. I didn't install it myself, so I wouldn't know about the ease of installation. It's giving me good battery life, so I'm satisfied.

Good battery so far, holes didn't line up during installation.
Overall, so far, so good. Main problem was that the screw holes didn't line up with the battery and one of the screw loops was broken and not fully operational. Not a big deal but it bothers me that they didn't line up. That's too easy from a design perspective to get right, and if they can't get the screw holes to line up, who's to say they got the battery itself is reliable? Anyhow, my last battery would die after a minute or two but with this new battery, has burned in for about 30 minutes and is still at 75$ and it says I have about 1h 40 minutes left on battery, which is great. These gaming laptops (Alienware R17) really suck power down so this will work. I hate it when I'm teaching with this laptop and it dies if I disconnect from power. Value is good, not expensive, installed mostly ok, can't really track heat but the motherboard will shut down if it gets too hot anyway. Battery size is normal b/c it fit into the laptop. Overall, good deal. Hope it lasts. If it fails early, I'll post about it here to save others from wasting their money.
