will this fit with a full factory bed liner?

The bed liner goes inside on my 2023 F-150, no problem with cover

Will this fit a 2012 F150?

At the cab end there is more structure on top of the bed, so it ends up about a half inch shorter than prior generations of F-150. Most covers will work on both, but it really depends on the length of the rails if it is that style of cover. I purchased The Cover for a 2015 to 2022 Model and it fit like a Glove. I see the Question is for 2004 to 2014. so I would say the model shown should fit.
