Iodine Cotton Swabs Solution Filled, 150 Individually Wrapped

I got these to use after being around ill people, mainly at work. Work has very little mercy for a sick employee so many come to work with nasty viruses and share them with their co-workers instead of either staying home or wearing a mask. These are extremely easy to use! Break the correct swab off the stick (it doesn't fully come off but that's what you "attempt" to do). Hold the broken swab side upwards and the iodine drains into the swab facing the floor. Simply run it multiple times around inside each nostril.to hopefully kill the germs. I say hopefully because I am not a doctor; just stating how I use the swabs. I then put the swab back in its wrapper to dispose of it in the trash. I also keep some swabs in a zip bag with different size band aids and some ointment for when I scratch or injure myself. So far good results! When my dog was attacked by 2 other dogs, she had emergency surgery to repair her leg that was torn. It resulted in a 8 inch incision that was stapled shut. I used the iodine swabs on her incision to keep it clean and free of germs. Her vet loved the idea and said it worked great. He would recommend it to his other patients, too. I've also gifted some to friends with little kids as they can't afford to get sick from ill co-workers either. These have many uses, are a great addition to a 1st aid kit and are very easy to keep on hand.

Excellent, inexpensive product. Iodine is antibacterial and antiviral; makes sense to use in this day and age, if you know what I mean. I use it for nasal application when I go out to do shopping as the iodine does protect you for several hours. I have also used it on a tooth infection (gum area around tooth) that I was simultaneously treating with an antibiotic, as well as on an abrasion. Easy to throw in your pocket, bag, or purse. A few people have complained that they are hard to tear open. Not so. Once you get the hang of it, easy-peezy. There are a couple of brands out there, similar in price. My guess is that they are all made by the same manufacturer. 😎👍

We keep these iodine sticks on hand at all times. Iodine is great for all sorts of things...scrapes, cuts, bug bites, spider bites, yeast, ostomy skin breakdown, etc. But I found iodine to be super messy and difficult to work with. These sticks make it super easy. The iodine only goes where you rub it on. It doesn't drip at all. We've even used them on our dogs. I think this should be in everyone's first aid kit! Love it.

I buy these to use as I visit hospitals regularly for work but dont always wear masks during flu season. I have bought to share with family and friends

The iodine is supposed to be good to fight viruses in your nasal cavity. So I use these when I go in and out of crowds.
