Healthy and Life quality improving
I started taking Vitamin K2 after learning more about its role in helping direct calcium to the bones and teeth rather than allowing it to accumulate in unwanted areas. While it's difficult to "feel" the effects of a vitamin supplement immediately, I appreciate knowing that I'm supporting my long-term bone and cardiovascular health. I also take Vitamin D3, and many health professionals recommend pairing it with K2 for optimal calcium utilization. The quality of the product seems excellent. The capsules arrived fresh, the packaging was secure, and the label clearly explained the dosage and ingredients. I also like that the supplement doesn't contain a lot of unnecessary fillers or artificial additives. One thing buyers should be aware of is that Vitamin K2 isn't a supplement that typically produces dramatic short-term results. Its benefits are generally related to long-term health support, so consistency is important. As always, anyone taking blood-thinning medications should consult their healthcare provider before using a Vitamin K supplement. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product and plan to continue using it as part of my daily wellness routine. If you're looking for a high-quality Vitamin K2 supplement to support bone and cardiovascular health, this is definitely worth considering.

This brand seems to be doing the job for me.
Iโm taking this vitamin K with vitamin D because I read that I should. It seems to be working for me. I had very low lab results in iron and vitamin D and wonโt know if there are actually improvements until my next labs. I can see in my activity tracker that my level of activity has gone up every week for the last six weeks.

Maybe too strong
I actually had to give this away because it was too strong for me. I have had the same problem with topical K2 at a lower dose, so I am sure it is the dosage. While there isn't an established upper limit for K2, I'm prone to side effects from high doses of any vitamin, and I don't like putting that much extra strain on my liver. But from the two doses I endured, my carpal tunnel symptoms have almost entirely vanished and I feel closer to my "prime" than I have in years! This is an extremely bioavailable supplement and didn't cause any typical "allergic" reaction symptoms, which is hard to find for me. I would repurchase if available in a low dose form (probably less than 100 mcg total). I can barely find a K2 supplement that doesn't directly contain legume ingredients, or other allergens including nuts and corn. I especially can't eat soy or chickpeas, the primary ingredients used to manufacture K2, so I'm lucky if I can tolerate the refined plant forms at all. I'm going to give emu oil a shot even though it has much lower vitamin K values. Maybe the omega's will be worth it.
