Excellent set of pliers, it’ll replace most of your tools!
Excellent pliers! I got the bigger pliers but it’s hard to fit into tight spaces, these 7” pliers are just as strong and the mouth is almost as wide and the grip is incredibly. I just finished installing a new toilet and toilet seat for my wife with just this pliers and a few other kinepex tools. Made the job incredibly fast and efficient and replaced the traditional crescent pliers. I don’t have to take it out to turn but just tighten and loosen as I go, the ease of use and the design is great. Adjusting the pliers is very easy. I also put a new kitchen faucet for my that I got a week ago waiting for these pliers and it made the job incredibly fast! Does not scar the bolts and nuts. Great investment and hopefully it’ll last for years to come. I really squeeze and put these pliers to some heavy uses and heavy gripping, especially some of those toilet bolts.

Best I have found !!!!!!!!
WHOA!!!!!!! Quality on this is incredible. Perfect for travel tool, especially for Motorcycle kit or trucker. Replaces ALOT of tools. Just think of this as a modern crescent wrench but like 5 times the quality. I got the chrome but the other would work just as well. This, good socket kit made for the machine you are traveling in, tire tools, and maybe a multi-tool and you are GOOD TO GO!!!!!! hey, Good Luck and YMMV 👍

Great invention. I threw out one of my crescents to make room for this and I never throw away tools.
These have become my favorite adjustable wrench. Small enough to get in everywhere a traditional crescent can, but because you can squeeze it with leverage you are MUCH less prone to round off your nut/bolt heads. With a crescent, you adjust it, and then start pulling and once you start torquing you have no feel for it until you get that dreaded "jump" and you round off the flats of your bolt. We've all done it and know all too well that feeling in your stomach when you wonder if this nut/bolt is going to become a monster because you just ruined it. With this design, you squeeze as you torque so you can feel just how much tension you are applying and it's always in flush contact with the flats. I haven't tested it, but I'm pretty sure I can put a whole lot more torque on a bolt with this and cause zero damage than I could ever achieve with the best crescent wrench. Because the jaws stay parallel when you squeeze, I find myself using them as smooth jaw pliers for fine work. I can get a lot more leverage and squeeze harder than I can with a smooth jaw needle nose or duckbill pliers and these will squeeze flat. The adjustment is unique, just press the button and slide...works so well you find yourself picking them up just to fidget with them. Only downside is yes...they are expensive. Yowsa! But they are a REALLY nice tool.

expensive but worth every penny
in my line of work the most common tool is an adjustable C wrench, this is a great replacement if you want to ad more functionality in a single tool. it is great as a plier, great as a hold back, great as an adjustable C wrench and can be very fast with the manual action when opening the hand instead of coming off the nut or bolt, and is just really cool and gets alot of looks and questions. The only cons i have found is that some situations where you have very little leverage it would be better to have something you dont have to squeeze in order to work, some times when you are at your farthest reach you cant squeeze the pliers to stack locked onto the nut or bolt. Another con is that there is no way to out of box attach this to a tool leash to make it safe to work above people. The last con is that these pliers weight more then i would like, i only need a max opening of 7/8" so the smallest lightest plier wrench will work, but i need high leverage and the smallest wrench is to short to use the 7/8" size especially when the last person over torqued the nut. but i might end up buying one anyway and customizing it to be longer and have a lanyard hole

Quality
I've wanted a pair of Knipex for a long time. Finally splurged and spent the money. It is a quality tool, and if you use them often then definitely worth the price. I found the adjustment to be a bit clunky at first, but it breaks in and becomes smoother. They feel built to last, and so far have been great for everything I've used them on. The hold seems nearly as secure as an open ended wrench!

Pricey but Good
Well build and one of the few tools that I would consider a go-to as a first choice for common jobs. One thing that sets it apart is the design at the jaws that allow for rubber add-ons to prevent damage to surfaces. The quality of the tool is very good. With that said, these are expensive and the price is likely to just keep increasing. I would also consider clones that are at a lower cost.

Great quality pliers
I was recently introduced to parallel jaw pliers by Adam Savage. These things are GREAT. Adam bragged about the quality of Knipex - I see why. Great quality. I debated buying some cheaper off brand ones, but these were not that much more, so decided to go for the quality brand. so glad I did, I went back and bought the next size up to add to my tool kit.

Muy buenas pinzas, son buenas para no tener que cargar con llaves de varias medidas al adaptarse a varias la medida necesaria hasta 1.5 pulgadas y funcionan tambien para doblar o enderezar piezas de lamina pequeñas

I purchased these through Amazon with the comfort grip. They feel good in the hand and provide addition compression ability due to the grip size. They are expensive but they will last a life time, unless you misplace them or they disappear because your colleagues like them more. They have a 10 to 1 grip advantage which really helps when gripping onto nuts and bolts. I was able to eliminate my 6” and 10” crescent wrench which lightens up the tool bag. They are the perfect size for most applications, 10” are better for plumbers because of the larger jaw opening. I must say they are a fantastic wrench/pliers. I had to engrave them with my initials to prevent mixing of tools when working with other techs. Other techs like newer tools when working together and can cause hostilely when they go a grab your new wrench instead of theirs. Engraving your initials in the tool stops that dead, makes them look like a turd for trying to pull a fast one.

I have replaced a pair of pliers, and a wrench, with one pair of these. However, to be honest, I do have the smaller size of these wrench pliers, for working on smaller projects. I still need my channel locks for plumbing drains, but for other smaller nut/bolt sizes, these wrench pliers do it all. The handles have good grips, and the button used to adjust the opening, is easy to use, and with practice, you can do the adjustment one handed, just like a crescent wrench.
