Good quality no complaints
Just what I needed couldn't find one a big box stores.

It worked great.
The description says only one item in package, but thankfully it does have an adapter and two screws as well. With the adapter and the short screw it mounted perfectly on top of the pressure tank.

Solid, made it work, close enough.
The installation seems primarily for vertical tanks, mine is horizontal. Not much in the way of mounting hardware supplied, and I had to buy some stainless hardware to mount the pump (Goulds J03N)

With only one mounting hole it lets the motor move around a little but still does the trick

Lucky find!
My water tank needed to be a certain style and size to replace the old tank and none of the new tanks came with a motor mount on top of the tank. This motor mount worked perfectly on top of the new tank to replace the old model which came with an attached motor mount. I felt lucky to find something that worked so well that I didn't need to fabricate one.
