I list the good and bad in the video review but to be honest there isn't anything bad about this. Some minor tweaks to make it work for me in my home gym garage. It's easy to setup, about 30 mins with a friends help (but not needed if you can't have anyone come help). For $100 bucks I really cannot find anything not worth the price. Especially now when so many people are jacking up lifting prices on everything! Great buy!!

Holding up well after a few uses. I used the supplied hardware and everything has remained secure. I'm probably going to get another pulley to mount in between, offset to help clear the path of the weights when using the low pulley. Overall, satisfied considering the price.

I had a pulley system hanging off my power cage with straps. This has been a perfect replacement to get all that out from inside the cage. Love my home gym and this was a needed addition. Very well made.

Would say great I mean it's good quality other than the cheap anchor bolts can install it now because they bent in the wall. Best to buy your own or build it or self. Hate cheap half thought of things. And yess I got another mount and that one came with better bolts over all seem like they dont care much now I ha e a stuck chuck and bit along with anchor bolts in the wall folded

Solid quality. I used leg bolt to put it in the wall stud. Installed the bottom pulley along same stud at the bottom. You have to move the ropes from bottom pulley away if you are using the top pulley. Same if you are using bottom pulley. Also control your movement when you use lighter weights. Plates move around alot so control your form with light weights.

I encourage you to watch the video part of this review as I show you everything, but here are some thoughts. - The metal hardware is strong and sturdy. - Buy your own lag screws. I don’t trust what it comes with. - The weight pin is super thin and weights (particularly 2”) will slide and lean, causing the pulley ropes to spin and twist. - I solved this by purchasing a weight pin separately that was 2” and no more spin - The cables are rope, not traditional gym cables so there is some noise.. particularly with the lower pulley as it is offset. Replacing those would also be good... - I thought it would be mounted by securing to a stud, but there are 4 holes. I used 2 to go into a stud... it’s still very sturdy. Over all it does what it needs to do, but that is some stuff to be aware of.

The product came so fast and is exactly as described! It comes with a short handle bar and a short handle lever, which are perfect to spice up my home workout routine. I will get so much use out of this and I highly recommend the investment for anyone who is looking for ways to increase the intensity and variety of their home workouts! It’s like bringing the gym to your home

This will only work as a high pulley unfortunately. Considering all the equipment with it its a fair price but in principle it does not provide all functionalities…
