West of time and money, their device does not login and app doesnt work

After researching different sellers (over the counter and online) as well as despite of seeing few negative reviews around poor packaging, damaged package or product; I decided to buy this from Amazon. Amazon lived upto my expectation. The product was well packed inside sturdy box with bubnle wrap. The glucometer was sealed with Roche seal. This Accu-Check Guide glucometer came with 10 strips and lancets that helped using this product immediately. This product is very fast, displays BS reading within seconds. It comes with bluetooth connectivity and sends reading to connected mobile immediately, thus it helps view and manage all past blood sugar reading in app and see the trends. I would recommend this product.

Product is good....but most of the strips show error ...and thts the expensive part of it...I had to use 4 strips to get a reading without error and pierced myself the same amount of time...and guide strips are expensive compared to others!

The device works really great and paired with my phone easily. The strips and lancets can be on costlier end compared to other devices but these strips are made in Germany and have good repeatablity. I tested two strips back to back from same blood drop and the variation was of just 2 units (I've seen used One Touch in past that had variation of +/- 50 which is IMHO worthless). The cost of each test comes around 25-30 Rs. (excluding cost of machine itself). As per other reviews, the strips can become scarce so better to stock them up. There is a neat feature of LED light illumination when trying to test in low light and a push to eject strips so that you'd not have to touch the strips with blood on it and directly eject the strips in the dust bin. The only con I can think of is that the mySugr app, that is used by this machine and the machine itself, does not allow multiple profiles and therefore, it can be used by only one person to track their sugar levels. In case of multiple members using the same machine, the average values will be of no use. Also, there is an option in the mySugr app to calculate HbA1c but it requires 21 tests in 7 days which would mean that the HbA1c report would cost you around 600 Rs. Apart from that, it's a reliable
