Pretty GREAT!
So, I saw a lot of negative reviews for this item. However, I have a lot of appreciation for WORX tools, especially their corded leaf blowers like the Turbo 800, which easily matches gas powered blowers. Others WORX products I have ordered I have been equally pleased with, a work table, a cordless weed wacker, etc. All great. And of course this means I have WORX Power Share 20v battery modules already. So, given the above, decided to give this thing a whirl. HEY, VERY NICE... There was several comments about this thing have very low suction power. Well, that might be, because the thing has TWO SPEEDS. The first speed is very gentile, the second HIGH SPEED has plenty of suction for what it is - basically a square form of a dust buster, that takes the PowerShare 20V WORX modules. Overall, I am delighted. Great for all sorts of clean ups, and work bench too. Vac tools are cleverly designed to be stored onboard the cube. Brilliant. Pretty light weigh and easy to carry too. I really appreciate how WORX here on Amazon will sell the tool, or an item like with ### WITHOUT THE POWER MODULE ### - because this saves a lot of money, and I already have enough. BTW, I have had ZERO luck with non-WORX power modules, and so I now stay with only actual WORX power share 20V batteries either in 2 or 4 AH. Yes, they are expensive, but they work, are safe, and good for many many recharges. Some knock off batteries are dangerous, defective, and might even ignite, possibly causing a fire, when left on a charger unattended. So, give it a go... if you like WORX tools. Would make a GREAT little X-Mas Present for anymore, and it's great for car vac duties as well. (Hey, I have to do that!) LOLz. Now, go SNAG IT, and thanks for reading!

User friendly
This vacuum is small. The dimensions are 6”X6”X6”. The hose wraps over this box design on a plastic handle. Push the on/off button once for low speed. Push the on/off button a second time for more power. A third push turns the vacuum off. It does a great job vacuuming my car. I imagined it would be the size of a backpack. The small size makes it so easy to use. With battery attached it only weighs a pound or two. The vacuum attachments are small and fit into crevices and tight spots in your car. They are stored in the vacuum. This is a great tool with a user friendly design. The batteries from my Worx leaf, blower, weed cutter or hedge trimmer work fine with this tool too. The filter is on the bottom. It is easy to unscrew and wash when it needs cleaning. This is a fantastic product. I’m saving the small cardboard box the vacuum was delivered it for a storage container.

The Little Cute Portable Vac that - COULD
First I have to mention that I bough this WORX vac on Amazon as Used/Acceptable condition. I knew it was a bit of a gamble given past experiences with Amazon Resale on anything less than "Like New," but I scored.... the vac I received was in the original box and in like new condition. So, I scored a great deal on the tool-only WORX vac. I also already had at least one WORX battery and a WORX charger... so, tool only was an option for me. Next I want to dispel one of the reviews I read about the battery falling out. I have genuine WORX batteries, and was using the 2 Ah battery, and it definitely does NOT fall out... it doesn't even jiggle a bit. My guess is that the guy that had the battery problem either had a knock-off/counterfeit WORX battery, or he had a genuine battery that was damaged. It's the battery that has the locking mechanism, not the vacuum. Third - noise level can be an issue with these vacs... as an example, I also own one of those Ryobi toolbox style vacs, and that damn thing is so loud that I don't use it w/o ear muffs. It works well, but is a big disappointment in that the noise level cancels out some of the convenience of the battery power... at least for me, I have to grab ear muffs every time I use it. This vac, has 2 levels. The first level is effective and very quiet for a portable vac. The second level is what most people will use, and it sooo much quieter than the Ryobi. Fourth - so, how does it pick up? Very well, actually. I mean, think about it... the Ryobi requires me to get my hearing muffs, and I also own a big portable Bosch vac (which I love), but it's kinda big... and more of a PITA to drag around - but it's also much quieter than the Ryobi. So, the WORX vac, it's just so portable and so easy to pick up and clean something. As an example, I just cleaned out the the driver side floor of my car, which was embarrassingly dirty vs how clean I keep the exterior, but this little vac with its little 2ah battery did an excellent job of sucking up all of that embedded dirt/debris in the vehicles tight knit carpeting (using the on-board crevice tool). Fifth - the on board tools are great. Some other review mentioned they're magnetic, but I'm pretty sure that's wrong. It's just that the way the tools effortlessly store inside the vac make them seem like they're held in by magnets. So, A+ to WORX on the tool/engineering and design/integration. Negatives? -- Okay, I know this is sounding like a VINE review, but I assure you that I didn't get anything for free from Amazon or anybody else... I just really like the vac. That said, the hose could have been engineered better in my opinion -- it's a bit too short. It's a high quality hose, and you can stretch it to make it fairly long (for a compact hose), but you have to hold the vac down while you stretch out this rigid hose. I just thought the design should have used a hose that was more longer when pulled out fully, easier to extend, and compressed back into place when finished. That's one negative, and another negative is the dust bin/filter set up. I know it's hard to have your cake and eat it too... there are going to be some compromises, and while the dust bin release works great and the clear dust bin allows you to easily view how filled it is... I've noticed that big clumps of dirt/dust/hair stick to the filter inside the dust bin and you end up having to stick your fingers in there to get it out if you want to truly empty the bin. I was just thinking, it would be awesome if you could push a button (or it was automatic) and the vac could send a small puff of air downward into the dust bin chamber to clear out the remaining debris. Actually, that's a great idea... WORX, if you're listening. Finally, in summary, I love the vac, and I love the deal I scored on a Used version. Now, that said, it's a bit pricey. If you already have a WORX battery or two, and a WORX charger, then the tool only version is absolutely worth considering. The $80 dollar list price is high and Amazon's current $60 price is good, but I think it'd be a better bargain somewhere in the $50's (battery only, that is). So, even though I love the vac and my gripes are few and far between, I'm only going to give it 4 stars since it's not cheap, and there is room for improvement - although, I'd give it 4.5 stars if that was an option.

Great vacuum!
Plenty of suction power and battery life! I use mine to keep my semi vacuumed out. I have tried several different black & decker and other no names abut the batteries didnt last long at all, suction was weak and or the filtration poor. This Works vacuum is absolutely the best battery powered vacuum hands down bar none! I cannot brag on this little fella enough.I highly recommend this vacuum. I highly recommend any worx products for that matter. I have several Worx lawn care products & tools now and I am so glad I found them. Power share is awesome!!! Well worth every penny! I was skeptical about buying battery powered lawn equipment but I have to say I was surprised at how long the batteries last and how well they work. With Gas powered you have trouble with carburetors more than anything if you do not run them completely out of treated gas before winter storage. With these you do not have to worry about all that. I HIGHLY recommend Worx power tools and lawn equipment.

Nice compact unit with great features!
I purchased this unit because it is filling a void between what I have and what I need. I have a Roomba that cleans the house but cannot get everything, window sills, sofa, around trim etc. the only other vac I have is completely overkill (shopvac) so I needed a small vac to cleanup after projects around the house, also for my car, This fits every criteria. I love the way that the hose wraps around the handle to also become the handle. And the hose is very stretch, and retracts back into the nozzle, the nozzle end of the hose is magnetic with the holder, which I don't think is advertised, but awesome. The extensions hide away in fitted compartments, which is very sleek and clean looking. I cannot justify the battery life because I purchased the tool only and am using a 5mah battery from another tool instead of the 2mah that it normally comes with. The dust pan is simple to use, just hold over the trash and dump it with a single button. Honestly, this vacuum looks as good as it functions, very modern, compact, and minimalist. Just don't expect performance like an industrial shop vac, or even high end vacuum cleaners. I would have to catagorize this between a dirt devil/dust buster style handheld vacuum, and the smallest shopvac you can get. As far as the noise, I would say it is less than my shark hydrovac, and a more than a handheld dust vac. I have to give this 5 stars because it actually went above my expectations from a small battery powered vacuum like this.

versatile vacuum cleaner
I have a lot of Worx tools and love them, especially the drill. So I now have 5 batteries and never need to worry about losing time when one runs out. So, this little vacuum cleaner is so cool - very small, lightweight and very portable. There are two speeds to suction. Here's something I used it for: try it on dandelion puffs - just put the hose over the puff and it's gone! It doesn't work on puffs that aren't fully developed, but it will keep all those seeds from blowing away and making more dandelions. The puffs did not plug up the storage container and came out easily. Just be careful about where you dump them. They're still live seeds.

Its essentially a duster buster.
Ok, so this thing is tiny! I wasnt expecting it to be big, but was really shocked by the size. I thought it would be like a small shop vac. I have a small corded one and was wanting something cordless for my unfinished basement. This will def not work for that. I own alot of worx tools and am always impressed with the quality and jobs they can do. But all this is is a glorified dust buster. I bought it on sale on Prime day for $50, if i had paid a dime over that i would return it. I really dont see it working well for a car since its suction is lacking...if your trying to get up pet hair stuck in seats, forget it! I did find a use for it though...I just installed all new blinds in my windows and the attachment with the little brush end is perfect. I hate cleaning blinds by hand, slat by slat (dusters are useless by the way). But it worked great and is easy to carry around and lift/hold as you go. The battery life was disappointing. It died 6 blinds in on low setting (and i'm pretty fast)! But as i said, i have lots of worx tools and lots of batteries, so this really doesnt bother me too much. I was really wanting something like a small cordless craftmans shop vac and this def isnt it. I'll keep it for the blinds, but other than that I dont know what else i can use it for. I will just buy a craftmans vac for garage/basement and keep this in the house. I wouldnt recommend it, unless you need to clean blinds. lol

Impressive little vacuum
The suction power is impressive for such a small unit. Its allot smaller then I thought, but I like it for that. The size makes it perfect for working in tight spaces. It easily sucks up gravel, pet hair, mouse droppings, and everything else I have ever uses it on. I runs long enough for most small jobs on the 2AH batteries, but you can go a long time on 4AH batties. Perfectly functional, easy to use, empty, and clean.

If you have Worx tools get this!
I am already in the worx eco-system, I have a few tools and many yard tools from them which means I have a bunch of batteries, and this runs off Worx batteries! I waited and waited and waited and it went on sale for a stupid price without a battery, and this thing sucks! Is it a full shop vac NO, but is it great to leave in your vehicle? YES!! It works well and I like it and for under $** you can't go wrong! BUY IT WHEN IT GOES ON SALE!!!
