Súper sabroso y bueno en sabor

I tried many recipes, but none of them yielded the results I wanted with this red vinegar. I was disappointed, as I had searched for it in supermarkets for a long time—and didn't find it until I looked here on Amazon—but this product just didn't work out for me.

The red vinegar is exactly what we were trying unsuccessfully to find. This is common in many dishes but specifically soup dumpling dipping sauce at a few very good local restaurants. They gave us a hint by telling us they used red wine vinegar, but I've cooked a long time and know that's not what it was. This is it though, can't find this stuff locally anywhere, not even the Chinese market had it. Anyway, red vinegar, julienned fresh ginger, pinch of sugar, a splash of rice vinegar, a splash of water, and tiny amount of toasted sesame oil, and viola, the best soup dumpling sauce! This stuff is awesome, a bit expensive, but with no alternatives, there's not much other choice. But if you've had that mild slightly acidic, slightly sweet, red dipping sauce and couldn't figure out what it was, most likely this is what you're looking for.

I first had red vinegar with soup dumplings at our favorite dim sum place. When I had soup dumplings at home, I knew I needed the red vinegar with it. This diluted version of red vinegar is perfect as is -- I didn't have to mix anything in with it. It's a staple in my kitchen now!

I would not give any stars, but had to to submit review. I have a food sensitivity to red food coloring. I do not eat it. Food cannot be returned to Amazon. Vinegar went down the drain and bottles into recycling. Nowhere in the description did I see “contains red food coloring”.

I put this on my carryout orders of salt and pepper squid that i get from my local chinese restaurant, very tasty.

One bottle was completely shattered and all the liquid was spilled into the box/other contents. There is no option for return or refund.
