Does it have a red light?

Hi. This headband does not have a red light all three light settings are white

Has anyone used these in minus temperatures? Do the batteries last. Looking to purchase some for Lapland.

I have been using mine in minus temperatures this winter without any problems. The batteries are still going well after 2 months of use. I suppose it depends on how often and how long you have the torch switched on. I use mine for about 15 minutes a night on the lower setting whilst walking the dog.

Is it waterproof in a rainy environment?

I doubt they would withstand much more than a bit of water on their surface . The battery enclosure is just the usual clip down plate with no seals or rubber evident. You could always secure a clear plastic bag around the unit to help but may look a little odd
