Easy to put on and comfy. Can be worn under a top but best for loose fitting dark coloured tops with higher collars.

I’m 6’2” 280 and this thing does not fit I can’t even reach the adjustment and it clearly states for men and women maybe if you’re 5 foot and 100 pounds. And it’s too much of a pain in the butt to try to return stuff.
