40V 2ah Cordless Lawnmower 32cm Brushless

I have waited awhile before reviewing this product to make sure it keeps on doing what its doing, and yes, its still working like a dream. It has turned a forty minute chore (by the time all leads and extensions were lugged back and forth) into fifteen minutes of fun. First off it is light and easily pushed around. The battery, which has a push button indication of remaining capacity, is about half done in my fifteen minutes. I like the little safety key that you remove when fitting and removing the battery. Charging time is quick and easy with the ultra light charger with flip release.Whilst the mower is fairly light it does seem sturdy and fairly robust with a strong handle in the middle of the head which makes lifting and moving very easy. Most importantly it cuts powerfully with five cutting levels which are simply set.I have been so impressed that I have now bought the garden blower/vacuum and that is equally impressive with the added bonus of giving me two inter-changeable batteries.I have never heard of Swift before but this is a five star product all the way.

Ah, the joys of battery powered cordless gardening tools. Not only do you not have to fiddle around with the cable every 5 seconds, but, with the limited battery life, you have the perfect excuse for saying "Well, that's all I can do for now..."This is a really good piece of equipment. Pretty sturdy (I haven't tested it's survivability...), with a good big steel cutting rotor, it'll deal with most things you're supposed to use lawnmowers on. It'll even cope with flattened aluminium cans hidden in the long grass (not recommended!) It has a good selection of cutting heights depending on how long it's been since you owned a decent mower, and the battery life is visible as you mow. There is a safety key in the battery compartment to make it safe to clean out the underneath, but, really, is it any easier than removing the battery?I can see only 3 very small issues:Assembly requires screwing 4 self-tapping screws/bolts into the plastic body. That needs either a spanner of the correct size (not available) or a large headed cross-head screwdriver (found eventually). Could have been easier.The grass isn't compacted very tightly into the collection box. That means emptying it more often than I'd have thought. Not really much of an issue, but it does mean you'll be cleaning it out underneath more often too, so remember that safety key.Like a great many gardening tools, powered & manual, it's designed for someone just a bit shorter than me. I'm just over 6' tall, not exceptional, but I find when pushing the mower forward, I'm also pushing the back of it down, which raises the front up, making cutting inefficient and jamming it into any divots or ridges in the ground. There is no way to adjust the height, so if you're unusually tall or short you'll have to work it out for yourself. I find a careful shove with the toe of my boot on the collection box does the trick.Overall, though, very happy with this. As I also own a Swift hedge trimmer & strimmer (the latter of which will be relieved to hear it no longer has to cut the whole lawn), I now have 2 batteries to either extend the duration of one tool's use or use two in one day. I'm not entirely certain that's a good thing...

Lightweigh, cordless, with a low noise level. Being made of plastic promotes ease of cleaning. The storage capacity is so so but apart from that it is worth getting. The runtime is approx 20-30mins, depending on length of grass. Having a fairly large garden I can complete in two charges. If you have a heavy petrol or indeed an electric mower which relies on a long extension cord then you couldn’t do better than trying this mower. If there was one thing I would change it’s the battery and the maximum capacity it holds so you couldn’t do get 40 mins use from a single charge.

I bought this lawnmower because I was struggling with our Flymo. I spent hours looking at various different cordless mowers, some of which had eye watering prices. Eventually I chose this one because it seemed to fit the bill.I cannot say how impressed I am with it. Everything is simple to do. That includes putting the battery in and out, charging it, emptying the grass box and of course mowing the lawn. There are 5 different cutting heights which are easy to change. The lowest one scalped my lawn so I vary between the next two. My lawn has lots of other things growing in it such as daisies, buttercups and clover. It is also not exactly an even surface but the mower copes easily with it. The lawn is roughly 75 square metres and I use less than half the battery.I also tried it on a steep grass bank at the front of my house which had very tall weeds growing in it. The lawnmower tackled it with ease. Sadly I did not cope so well as it is very steep and awkward.Yes the battery takes quite a long time to charge but with a small lawn, which gets cut using less than half the charge I don’t see that as a problem. Also I cannot cut as close to the edges as with a Flymo so they require a bit more attention afterwards but that is the closest thing to a negative that I can think of.In summary it is really easy to use and cuts the mowing time in half because there is no annoying wire to move. The added bonus over a hover mower is that it doesn’t spray grass cuttings all over the paths, so no sweeping up afterwards.

One of the integral parts on the body of the mower (not any of the parts involved in its assembly) is loose and clanks from side to side, so I contacted the seller to ask if this was normal - that seems unlikely, but I was hoping for a simple yes/no answer. I'd already charged the battery, so returning the mower would have involved running the battery down again. I sent the seller photos plus a short video of me wobbling the part about, to show what I meant, but I received no relevant answers. This went on for several days, with me asking the same question again and sending more photos, as my grass continued to grow. In desperation I also tried using Swift's website Chat, but there was no response from that. I never did get a straight answer from the seller so I contacted Amazon, who have apologised and issued a partial refund, even though the mower is the responsibility of a 3rd party seller and not Amazon itself. If you're fortunate and receive a Swift mower that was adequately checked by quality control you'll probably be fine, but if you don't and you have to contact the company, good luck. Compared to my previous cordless mower, this mower is quite noisy and the clanking part will probably fail, or cause something else to fail, at some point, but it's OK for now. It's wider than my previous mower so it takes a little less time to cut the grass, but the width makes it more difficult to manoeuvre up narrower steps. My previous mower was a Sovereign, and it was quieter and lighter than this one. It worked beautifully for 11 years until the battery recently stopped charging, and I've found that replacement batteries for it are no longer available. After my experience with the build quality of the Swift mower and the runaround from customer service, when I need to replace it I won't be choosing another Swift product.In addition to this, one of the bolts holding the handle in place has just fallen out. The handle is now wobbly and I can’t find the missing bolt. I can’t be bothered to contact the unhelpful seller after my previous experience. Amazon should withdraw this product.

Have had it 3 weeks and battery stopped working. Trying to contact but no luck. Lovely mower though. Easy and not heavy. Pity about the battery!!

This is a fantastic cordless lawnmower. I researched so many cordless mowers. This one had the best reviews and I can confirm it lives up to the reviews. It’s so lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. I have a very uneven bumpy lawn and it does it easily. The battery life is excellent too.

So far, great mower. Works well and is light. The battery lasted for doing front and back yard. So easy to start, no more pull cord and topping up the petrol and oil. Delivery came earlier than expected. Happy with my purchase.

Finalmente mio marito taglia il prato senza fare storie, senza cavi da attaccare e soprattutto senza sacchi da riempire, col mulching l'apparecchio sminuzza l'erba e la riposa sull'erba stessa come fertilizzante.Peccato per la batteria, l'avremmo gradita un po' più duratura, dobbiamo fermarci a ricaricare e non era prevista una seconda batteria.

This cordless 15-inch lawn mower with a 2AH battery is great for small yard. One of the things I love most is lightweight and easy to push around even for someone not used to yard work. The brushless motor runs quietly, and the 5 adjustable cutting heights make it flexible for different grass conditions. The battery gives me about 15 minutes of mowing time because of the 2AH battery, which is almost enough to finish my small lawn in one go. For battery charging, the battery charges quickly. It can be recharged in between an hour to one hour and half, which means if I need a second run the wait time is acceptable.Overall, it’s a good for a compact and easy-to-use mower. If you have a small yard and want something quiet, efficient, and fast to charge, this is a good choice. If you have a large yard you might need to consider to get a second battery or a 4AH model.

Nachdem unser Teenager letztes Jahr an die 5 Verlängerungskabel einfach beim Rasenmähen geschrottet hat und ich aber nicht bereit bin ihm diese Aufgabe auf Grund dieser Missgeschick zu erlassen, musste was anderes her.Hier haben wir sie, einen klasse Akku Rasenmäher.Gibt ja einiges auf den Markt aber ich habe mich hier von der Leistungsstärke, Farbe und Preis leiten lassen.Schnelle Lieferung und ordentlich verpackt kommt es an.- schneller Aufbau und der 12 jährige hat es fast alleine hinbekommen-leicht Gewicht und recht wendig-trotz der Power ist der Geräuschpegel gering-Akku lädt schnell auf- eine Akku Ladung hält locker unsere ca 250 m2 Rasenfläche aus.-Reinigung / Pflege ist einfach und unterscheidet sich sich nicht im geringsten von anderen Gärten- mähhöhe lässt sich in mehrere Höhen einstellenAlles ist tip top gemäht und ich habe nichts zu bemängeln.Hier passt die Qualität sehr gut zum Preis Leistungsverhältnis.Ich hoffe ich konnte Ihnen bei Ihrer Kaufentscheidung weiterhelfen.
