Excellent pills--but pricey!
GNC is a brand that I have trusted for years. As I get older, I'm realizing just how important it is to have a daily multivitamin that "checks all of the boxes." As always, GNC does exactly that. The quality is, as always, what I have come to know and expect from GNC. These 60 count pills come in a nicely designed bottle. I had no trouble opening it. The pills themselves have a special coating on the outside to make them easier to swallow--and considering you need to take two a day, that is very important to me! In fact, I find that they are easy to take despite being slightly larger in size than what I am accustomed to. As for efficacy, it's really hard to say! These things take time and you might not immediately see or feel the intended results. However, I am happy to put my trust in GNC and will gladly continue to take these. The only downside I can find is the price! At a current price of almost $35, that feels a little steep. I would be happier with a price point around $20 for a month supply. For that reason, I took off one star.

Here’s How This GNC Multi Differentiates Itself
It’s in the botanical and functional add‑ons — the part most multivitamins skip or only sprinkle in. This one actually commits. The breakdown: • Sage, Ginkgo, Blueberry, Cranberry, Bilberry, Elderberry — antioxidant and cognitive‑support. • Hyaluronic Acid, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Lycopene, Astaxanthin — skin, eye, and cellular protection. • Phosphatidylserine, alpha‑Lipoic Acid, Inositol — brain and metabolic support. These are small doses, but collectively they take this product beyond a basic multivitamin. Most multivitamins get the fundamentals right — and GNC does that too — but if you’re comparing options, the botanical profile in this one is the part that really stands out. And the basics are covered well, too: High‑potency B‑vitamins, solid Vitamin D, balanced antioxidants, and a full mineral backbone. Nothing here is underdosed or thrown in just for show. As for price, the 30‑day supply currently comes in at about 58 cents per day, and the 60‑day supply drops that to roughly 40 cents per day. That’s not bargain‑basement or big‑box‑store pricing, but this formula isn’t trying to compete with those. Given the ingredient profile and the functional extras, I’m going to call it reasonable. Final Score: 5 of 5 I'm calling this one a winner. I appreciate being given the chance to review it, my wife will certainly appreciate it, and if you made it this far, thanks for hanging with me until the close.

The best
These have been my wife’s go to multivitamin for many years. In our experience gnc offers the best bang for your buck in the multivitamin space. The new bottle looks a bit different and i noticed that they did change the formulation. In many instances the new formula has more ingredients and potencies. It says same formula but vitamin a is 1500 vs 1050 mcg. Same with vitamin c 300vs 150. Most of the vitamins are increased and there are more ingredients in the new one. These are great multivitamins nonetheless, especially for women over 50. They give my wife great energy and she is literally never sick. Im always sick but she has the immune system of a tank. Im very envious let me tell you. The taste and smell are pretty standard, much better than the ones I take that’s for sure.

Read the label
When it comes to vitamins and other similar types of supplements, it's hard to gauge advocacy from a short term duration. As is often the case, improvements can only be felt over a longer stent of time, which is how we feel these particular supplements should be judged. Knowing that these Women's 50 Plus Multivitamins are backed by the reputation of GNC, it does give us comfort knowing it is not a product made hazardously. The supplement comes with a coating that makes them easy to swallow without any taste or smell. The pills aren't too big for easier ingestion. The ingredient list contains a wide gamut of nutritional attributes tailored for the changing bodies of post-menopausal women. Of note, it details having certain ingredients with an outsized amount of % of daily value, such as thiamin at over 4000% and copper at over 2000%, with riboflavin at almost 400%, ostensibly all to enhance and benefit this older demographic. We will give it the initial four star rating and see how it goes, where after period of time of evaluation to return and reassess if the rating was accurate.

Great multivitamin
This multivitamin has been a great addition to my daily routine. The formula feels well-balanced and designed specifically for women 50+, which gives me confidence that I’m getting nutrients that actually matter at this stage. I like that it supports bone, immune, and brain health all in one supplement. The caplets are easy enough to swallow, and I really appreciate the timed-release formula—it seems gentler on the stomach compared to other multivitamins I’ve tried. There’s no unpleasant aftertaste, and taking two a day is simple to remember. After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve noticed improved overall energy and just feeling more balanced day to day. It’s also reassuring that this is a clinically backed product from a trusted brand like GNC. Overall, this is a solid, high-quality multivitamin for women over 50. I would definitely continue using it and recommend it to others looking for a reliable daily vitamin.

Too large and maybe a bit pricey for me.
Unfortunately, these were too solid and to large for me to take. I'm always searching for vitamins to help as we grow older, but these were simply too large. I've had problems with large pills in the past, and these look like I possibly would have a problem. Sometimes I can take capsules that are large, but these are hard and large. In the picture shown, they seemed smaller. They do have a smooth surface that I'm sure a lot of people can take. These are a bit pricey for a 30-day supply.

Not what I expected At all , disappointed
As someone who has to monitor their health more closely, I was really looking forward to a comprehensive blend with ingredients that go above and beyond . I trusted GNC to be that . And neglected to see that the b12 is Cyanocobalamin, instead of the better methylated version . I failed to notice that there are ludicrous amounts of fat soluble vitamins A and D. And even the minerals are off the charts . This is unnecessary. And you absolutely can take too many fat soluble vitamin . Just look up about the time a man ate polar bear liver . And then all the supplement that are meant to set this apart, have laughably low milligrams . Hyaluronic acid 5 milligrams!? That will literally so not a thing at all, it isn’t even close to a therapeutic range. The pills themselves are large . A bit difficult to swallow . But they actually taste good, kinda like a green powder blend that I used To make shakes with. That’s it’s . They taste good. I cant Possibly take a full dosage of these. I did On day one because I have been very unwell and failed to double check everything. Even taking half a dose , the amounts are too high if D and A. Maybe I can But the pills in half ? But then it’ll be even harder to swallow with a sharp edge. I’m sorry but this is not the quality I expected from GNC . Not a great value considering the low amounts of the things that were meant to make it special.
