This hand blender works really well and feels very solid. The variable speed control makes it easy to blend exactly how I want. It’s powerful, smooth, and blends soups, sauces, and smoothies quickly without splashing. I like the comfortable grip and the corded power—no worrying about batteries. Very happy with this blender.

KitchenAid hand blender can't be beat! So easy to use; low profile appliance can be tucked away for storage in a drawer. Stainless steel blades are a great value. Mix up eggs for scrambling, when finished, clean blades by mixing it clean in a bowl of soapy water -- rinse, let dry, put it away! Quick press button for easy release of mixing blade. I use mine so often that I bought this one and gifted this one to my sister. My current KitchenAid hand blender is now 4 years old!

I looked at quite a number of immersion blenders before I chose this one, and in fact, I bought another one, but returned it. First of all, I bought it in the red and it's absolutely beautiful! Looks like the race car of immersion blenders! But more importantly, it does its job perfectly too. I've had to have four oral surgeries in the last six months and I've been on soft food for most of that time and this blender saved the day. It blends everything perfectly. And you'll discover as I did that the container that you can do it in can be very small. It purées everything from soups to meat dishes, like pork chops and roast chicken and everything in between. I ended up using it on vegetables too, so that everything was really soft and I didn't have to chew anything. Therefore, I had excellent nutrition throughout the last four months. I love this baby and I'm so glad that I bought it!

Powerful immersion blender for the home cook. Comes in other colors, but I selected Empire Red. Unfortunately, the pan protector broke immediately so I will contact customer support. Works extremely well for making smoothies using the enclosed covered cup.

This tool is perfect. It eliminates the fear one has liquifying hot liquids in a blender because there is no splash. It is quiet, thorough, and it is easily controlled. Just make sure that you unplug it before you come close to the blade. Unplugged, it is easy to clean under a faucet. The cord stores beautifully wrapped around the handle.

This is a great (mandatory?) gadget to have in the kitchen. It’s super efficient for blending soups, smoothies, and sauces. Plus it’s really quiet (at least compared to some other hand blenders I owned/tested), so you don’t feel like you’re waking up the whole house every time you use it. It’s easy to handle and feels solid. The blender guard is actually super useful to protect your pans and pots if you want to blend directly in them. Price point is good to for the quality. Definitely recommended.

Love this corded immersion blender. It is used almost daily. With supervision even my two grandsons use it to make their own pumpkin smoothies. They have learned to operate it safely, adjust the speed, keep their hands clear, and unplug as soon as they are finished. We make hummus, salsas, blended soups, pancake batter, salad dressings, guacamole plus more. This is our second one. The price for a lovingly worn out blade was too expensive to replace; it made more sense to purchase a new one. That's ok. Now there is a spare in the cupboard. I chose this corded version to avoid the need for recharging. Highly recommend.

Works perfect for making baby purees. It works fast and cleans easily.
