Really happy with this purchase!! The bed is extremely sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. If its the Shaker style you are looking for then this is the bed for you ! I'm absolutely terrible at DIY and the build took me around 90 mins from start to finish, only needing minimal help from the wife to hold the base to the headboard. The instructions are very easy to read and the pictures are extremely helpful. The only downside (if i really have to pick something) was that some of the pre drilled holes still contained some wood chipping so clearing them out before inserting the screws was a must. Very happy customer 😀

Easy enough to set up. The wooden dowels are quite loose so I’d recommend a bit of wood glue when setting up, and your life will be a whole lot easier if you have a power tool instead of the provided Allen key. As far as quality, the bed is nice and strong when set up, no creaks or rocking. A very stable bit of kit and great value for the price

Just putting this together today. Screws missing. Holes not drilled where they should be. Substandard in every way - so disappointed. Can’t send back as have got rid of other bed. Don’t buy. I don’t expect it to last very long as it’s really flimsy.

We have this bed frame for few months now. Assembling was a bit tricky as instructions included in the box were torn apart,so we had to download them. The most weakest point of the bed is in the middle as the construction consist of 2 halfs which are then assembled together using 2 long screws (on left and right side). It does the job,but all the time I sit on the bed with my child I expect it is going to break...so far it did not happen. Definitely not a bed frame for a child who likes to jump on it. We purchased pretty thick mattress which should avoid damages as my boy likes to jump on it,but we discourage him to do it. Also slats are designed the wrong way. It needs to be screwed into the bed frame and once you roll it onto the frame it comes to the points where there are other screws. So we had to adjust gaps between the slats and finally use duck tape on the top of the screws to avoid any damages of a mattress (as on the picture). Overall, the bed frame does the job,but not as sturdy as you would expect to have. For us it is the first one to try for 3 years old boy,but would not recommend for adult person to feel safe to sit on or roll on during the night (at least I would not feel safe). However,the price is pretty fair.
