I would contact the manufacturer to confirm, but i don't think that Tonalin would be in this product. This is not a weight loss product.

how many mg in each R alpha liphoic acid?

Each Capsule is 300 mg. I take two a day. One in the morning and one just before I go to bed. I always eat something first.

Does the product work?

I can honestly say that this product alpha Lipoic acid really worked for me, during the time of using the product, I realized that my sleep was getting better, I had way more energy than usual even when I went to bed late. I also liked the it impacted my overall feeling; I was not feeling any anxiety at all, I felt new .
