Removable Exotic Stripper Dancing Pole Dance Pole 45mm 9.5FT

First, I was extremely impressed at how fast it came, because I selected 3-5 day shipping, but it came the very next day! Got home and started putting together with my bf, the written instructions are crap, however we didn't realize that the DVD it came with had an instruction video on how to put together, which would have made a billion times easier. So be sure to watch the DVD and it will be extremely easy to put together. Had to adjust/tighten it a couple times, but overall quite stable and firm, it also very nice, virtually seamless. My bf and I tried swinging on it a couple times (I am 165lbs and he is 135lbs) and it seemed very stable, except slightly moves/bends at the center when pulling extremely with all your weight, however this natural thing for the pole to do. I am extremely glad I got this 45mm pole, I have regular sized hands and 50mm would have been far too large. The material of the pole is great. Comes with two height adjusters 125mm and 250mm, I only had to use the 250mm and our ceiling are pretty high. It is a spinning pole, however I haven't tried spinning on it yet... Overall very happy with my purchase, I was so worried at first especially since it only had one review, so I felt obligated to write a review for everyone else. I love it!

I bought my pole August 2014 as birthday present to myself. I'm 23, 5'1, and 125 pounds. I was very happy with seller Vandue. The packaging is very discreet and the shipping was quick. The pole had very minor scratches on the extension I used but nothing that would cause any scratches on me. There weren't any dents. I take pole dance classes now that I've practiced strengthening exercises and have gotten use to the pole. Spin mode works great you just have to practice with how much force is needed. I bought this pole just to start out with but it's well made so its definitely a keeper. I clean it with a microfiber towel and rubbing alcohol when it gets slippery. I'm able to put this pole up by myself i didn't bother with the instructions since most reviews stated they were useless. I just watched a video on YouTube on how to install a portable dance pole. I wanted to get an X pole but having never been on a pole, I wanted to be sure pole dancing is something I will stick with before I blow over $300. I've had my pole up for 4 months without needing to adjust it is been very stable but alot of that insuring it is setup correctly. I highly recommend using a level on all sides. After taking down my pole after 4 months I'm to say there weren't any marks or residue left. I live in apartment and hardwood floor and ceiling is like its never been touched i was so nervous about that. I had to realign it after 4 months due to the moves I've been trying becoming more "bold" and causing the pole to shift only slightly. This is my all time favorite amazon purchase.

It doesn't advertise this as an X-Pole, but upon receiving it, it actually is an X-Pole. Comes with X-Pole directions and everything. I had to watch the DVD to put it together, the paper instructions were a little confusing. It took me about 15 minutes to put up. It can be done alone, but would be easier with someones assistance. I have taken it down and put back up a few times and have had no problems. I can do my craziest of tricks and it doesn't budge. Just make sure you follow the directions on how to install it properly!! It is very important to insure your safety. This pole has not damaged any ceilings or floors I have put it on. It has spin and static options and can fit many heights of ceilings. This is a GREAT pole for your money. I highly recommend it.

I've used this pole for a few weeks now and love it so far! It's sturdy, feels safe, and was not hard to set up. You definitely have to do a PRECISE job leveling the pole on all sides. When adjusting, move the BASE of the pole rather than the top dome. The instructions recommend this because they don't want you moving off the support beam. I moved the dome to a different spot on the support beam since I thought support was the only concern, and the dome definitely scuffed the ceiling with some light black marks. I've had to tighten the wingnut on the extender once because the pole started to rattle and certain pieces started to spin slightly from coming loose but no big deal - that's probably my fault for not doing it tight enough in the beginning. It's super easy to adjust from static to spin, and it spins really well. Would buy again! EDIT: After heavier use the pole required periodic tightening because on static it would spin a tiny bit before catching (~1/8 turn). I initially blamed myself for not tightening enough at setup, but it might be a design issue because everything was REALLY tightened. When I had to take it down it was REALLY HARD because everything was tightened so much. Pro-tip for disassembly: if everything's really tight, don't use the included thin little pseudo-wrench - get a real one! I bent the included toolkit pseudo-wrench beyond usability trying to take the pole down and was scared it'd be stuck permanently but the real wrench did the trick (WHEW!!!).

My only complaint is the "help" setting it up, the DVD never even worked & instructions were vague! Other then that the pole sets up with ease! IMPORTANT the pole musttttt be set up against a beam (2x4) otherwise it will not be stable at all & WILL mess up your ceilings if not properly installed! Very sturdy pole! I'm a total beginner at 160 pounds & this pole holds me easily! I totally recommend this as a private way to exercise!

I used to own an original X-Pole (the pole with pieces that screw together) years ago, before they developed their new pole with the X-Joints. I sold it because I wanted a brass pole (got the brass pole from Platinum Stages). I've been working with 50 mm poles since 2010 because that is what they used at the studio I went to. I decided to try a 45 mm pole but I didn't want to spend too much money on one because I already own a pole. Well after doing a lot of research, I came across this product. The reviews were great and the price was ah-mazing, so I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did! So this pole is almost identical to the X-Pole I had. I'm tempted to think it IS the same but there are very subtle differences. It's a chrome finish. I did not need to watch the DVD to put it up. My boyfriend and I put it up in 10 minutes--seriously. If you're worried about whether this would be worth it (like I was because I'm a serious pole dancer), don't be. Go for it. I have zero complaints. P.S. - A word to the wise: with this style of pole, you have to lubricate the threads. I didn't do that with my original X-Pole and I had the worst time taking it apart!! Lubricate the threads with WD-40 or a lubricant of your choosing while installing. I also recommend taking it apart several times a year to re-lubricate the joints. Don't get caught in a position where you can't uninstall the pole. :-)

i have been going to a pole dancing class for about 2months and decided to order my own pole and after seeing great reviews on this and the price was awesome i decided it was perfect. Well as the saying goes u get what u pay for and for this pole that is true. i got my pole in 5days so the shipping was fast but after getting it the set up takes 2 people and the instruction booklet is garbage. just youtube on how to put it up and it will be much easier. this pole constantly needs to be tightened after even just 10mins of use and theres little holes all over the pole so if u are a beginner and u "death grip" the pole then u will get blisters along the side of your hands. the pole does not screw into the top so its held up by pressure and after a bit of use it started to come undone and it slipped out of place and i had to have 2 friends come and help me re aline it :/ im only 128 so to see that was a bit frightening. also, this pole is chrome, i do not recommend this if this is your first time ever trying to learn how to pole dance as chrome is super slippery and its hard trying to stay on it to do the simplest of tricks. stainless steel is the best(imo) u can actually hold on to the pole and go upside down, so far with the chrome i cant (yet) because i just slide every where (and yes i clean it often) even when i use products to keep my self from slipping, so this is a huge draw back for me BUT then again... the pro about haveing this kind of pole is since it is chrome i have built more muscle trying to stay on the pole, therefor i am much stronger than i was using the stainless steel pole. if u want to do competitions they 9/10 have chrome poles so if u can learn how to use a chrome pole then using any other type of pole will be a breeze. so if u are up to the challenge then this pole is great for u (just remember to tighten it!!) so overall not the quality of a $300 pole but is usable, its a challenge but a fun one, u build muscle way faster as u have to work to stay on the pole, it does look well polished, and most of all it stays on carpet and didnt damage my ceiling even when it did move out of place

The quality of this pole is amazing. Upon purchasing this pole I was skeptical but after receiving it I was pleasantly surprised. Shipping wasn't a problem for me at all. The package shipped the next day after purchasing it and was delivered in the time frame given. It came packed well, no pieces or instructions were missing and the CD instructions were very helpful. My boyfriend set it up for me in like 20 minutes. I have an apartment and was glad to see that this pole didn't damage my ceiling or floors. Thus far I've got no complaints. All functions work and I love the spinning. After it was up I didn't come down all night. I'm feeling the burn this morning though. I got a good workout. This was definitely one of my better investments.
