I ordered this because I thought a serving size was two pills. Come to find out, it’s 2 pills THREE TIMES a day. So 6 pills a day. That’s absurd. They shouldn’t have 2 pills on the nutrition label as a serving size when you actually have to take 6.

The formulas are all impressive, with a substantial dose of no BS premium grade ingredients. Hence the price tag, it's one of those You get what you pay for situations. While I am not trying to conceive, I am trying these because I have major problems absorbing supplements. This has higher quantities of stuff I was taking already, and am happy to report that there is a distinct difference early on in my nails. Hopefully with a few more weeks, I'll see improvement in hair growth as well. There are no side effects that I can discern.
