Green For Apple iPod Classic Hard Case with Aluminum Plating 80gb 120gb 160gb

Solid ipod case; I used it for a cheap mp3 player at the time that was of similar size to an ipod classic 5. The case is really thick and durable, has great build quality and you can add stickers to the back if you'd like. It protects the device/ipod really well and is functional for keeping the ipod safe while keeping the touch wheel visible. I really like the green color of this case.

I had foolishly put my new iPod in my pocket and the face got a huge scratch on it from my keys. I had to spend a long time carefully getting the scratches out with my Dremel. Not wanting to repeat that mistake, I starting looking for a hard case for the iPod. This one is fits perfectly for the 7th generation 160 GB model. It's snug, secure and has openings in all the right places, so you never have to remove it. The case doesn't cover the wheel at all, so you don't need to worry about sensitivity issues. It looks really cool as well.

This is a great product. It snaps in easily and looks great. My ipod classic is completely secure. the aluminum face place gives it the added security with the style i was looking for. thanks for the great product, and to top ital off i received it super fast!!!.

Before saying anything else, I LOVE this case. It fits my 160gb iPod perfectly, no rattle, all nice and snug. I didn't realize when I bought it that it also has a plastic panel which goes over the screen, which was a pleasant surprise and saved me from having to buy a screen protector. My only complaints are with the top panel of the case where the hold button and headphone jack are. The hole allowing access to the hold button is a little on the small side, making it a little tough to get at (I have to use a fingernail). The same issue goes for the hole for the headphone jack, which is also small. I had to use a dremel tool to widen it so that my headphones (Audiotechnica ATH-M50's) could fit. Basically, if you're headphones have a large plug diameter you might have to modify the case, otherwise it's a great buy!

It's pretty impossible to find 100% perfect cases for the iPod Classic, since it's nearly obsolete at this point. This case is okay, only wish it snapped shut a little more snugly. I've dropped my iPod a few times and the case just flies off. Kind of defeats the purpose...

looks great but doesn't fit! Very disappointed! Case was too thin for older ipod....should have fit according to description given...

If you want the colors for your iPod Classic that is available for the iPod Nano, Shuffle, and Touch; these hard cases are a good option. I order the Green Hard Case Cover with Aluminum Plating, and the color is similar to the color of my green iPod Shuffle (1GB 2nd Generation). This case also protect the iPod's back, screen, and the front but allows the buttons (the wheel) to be expose for use as well as the charging port, hold button/switch, and the headphone jack. I am able to charge my iPod Classic in my iHome but I have to remove the plates, the white changeable things, that can fit different apple products.
