Easy and consistent
This SO much easier to use than oral thermometers and much more easy and consistent than other non-contact thermometers i have used in the past. The color coding is a great feature.... When i have crying toddler i do actually struggle to remember what numbers count as a fever. The general use for surfaces is nice. And can't vouch for the accuracy as much because i just don't know. For body temp, it seems to be accurate.

Great product! Only issue is the switching between ear and forehead. Even with the instructions it’s not as clear. You have to pull out the cover at the tip to use ear and replace it etc. a question is what if you lose that cover.?

Made sure to read the instructions closely. It switches on, but does not read temperature and then automatically switches off. Guessing I got a faulty model, very frustrating.

Works great. I bought it because didn’t trust an old stick in the mouth thermometer. I need to take my temp daily and love the option of being able to do either eat or forehead.

Faulty product. Threw packing away feeling confident in the product based on reviews. Unfortunately I have ended up with what I'm assuming is an odd faulty one. My son was sick we got very worried when his temp dropped to 34. Took him to UC to find it completely normal (36.8) and our thermometer was still reading 34.3 Would like refund but unsure if how to contact seller and how to send back if packaging is gone
