A little pricey, but exactly what I needed. Looks good in the kitchen, and the lid doesn't slam into the wall when you step on the pedal. Also soft closes. Very happy with it.

I bought this product after reading some of the reviews and liking the features such as the 'stay in place' tab, where you can put a bit of your garbage bag through and prevents the bag from falling into the bin. It is an invaluable feature.I really like how wide it stays open and the soft close lid. The wideness of it is also a positive feature, in that it gives lots of room when plate scraping and litter box dumping.We have gone through a few garbage cans, that also have to be aesthetically pleasing, because we don't have a cupboard to hide it, and all of them have been sub-par. This one is not only nice to look at but it delivers and is very sturdy.I give this can 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.If you get it on sale like I did, even better!
