High strength great dosage just disappointed in size of bottle so returned to my usual company. Still five stars because it was easy to sway and no after taste plus instructions are quite clear

At 900mg per serving, this is one of the highest-potency ALA supplements I've found. With 120 capsules, it offers an incredible supply for the price. It's easy to digest, well-packaged, and genuinely excellent value for money for my daily routine.

Great priduct, handy for anyone with peripheral nuropathy or diabetes. Each is 300mg, you can take up to 3 a day, each with or directly after, food. The only annoying thing is the size, they ped up the size to one that might be difficult for many people to swallow , especially when you consider it's mostly bulking agent ( filler) which is unnecessary. Bigger is not better, and I wish supplement manufacturers got this. It's not more impressive if its big. It's more impressive if they can just put the active ingredients in, its more impressive if they can make it tiny, so I took one star off for unnecessary supersizing. If you can afford it , soldar do this without filler. It comes with a bit of biotin included, because biotin is necessary to utilise it properly. Overall ok, but has its flaws.

I've been using Alpha Lipoic Acid (900mg) for almost three years and have nothing but positive effects from taking it every day. I have neuropathy, It seems to help with my energy levels but more important to me it helps reduce nerve discomfort and pain in my feet. The capsules are easy to take and I've never experienced any side effects. However, like any supplement it's best to be on the safe side, especially if you have any health issues, and check with your GP/Health Care Professional first. In my case my GP was positive for me to take it. Also, check which dose would be more suitable for you, so again best to consult your GP/Health Care Professional, if you're unsure. Overall, it's a very good supplement if you're looking for help with nerve health and as a antioxidant. I can only speak for myself but I had sleepless nights with peripheral neuropathy in my feet, burning, tingling, pain. This product has been a life saver for me. Since I’ve been taking Alpha Lipoic Acid I no longer have those symptoms, only some throbbing in my hands and feet, which doesn’t bother me. I heartily recommend this product.

Sadly, I can't feel any difference at all. But it was a bit much to expect a lot from an over the counter supplement.

Very good product, medium sized tasteless capsuals. I take two before bed helps me sleep and have lucid dreams when I take them so must be doing something
