Magical
Okay so I was seduced into buying this by the technological description and little video on Toto's website about how the single stream works...I have to say it's like magic. The only problem is I put this in my second bathroom instead of Master bath as a Grove-vs-Toto test. Both are great but the single stream feature on this thing is like magic. It doesn't splash at all and the water just slides all over you and does indeed feel warmer. I believe that's because there is less opportunity for cooling by air between the shower head and your body. (My engineer nerd self tested this by kneeling and then sitting on the floor during a shower with regular shower head and proved that indeed the farther from the shower head, the cooler it feels.) Anyway, this thing is great. The rain shower function is great but that single stream function...feels like magic.

missing parts
Shower head shipped from Amazon. Missing some parts.No option to contact Amazon. Only option is to return item. Can't complain to Toto as item was not shipped by them.

Good pressure and purchase
Saw this product at CES in Vegas and was intrigued by it. I causally checked on Amazon and there it was. I loved the fact that there’s two modes and the pressure on both are right on! I wasn’t sure if it was going to fit in my current shower but it totally did. I did however purchase the long wall attachment ( which was about 100.00) but I guess you could have tried another brand but I stuck to the Toto official one.Overall it is a good purchase if you have the funds for it.
