What would you recommend for a busty woman that normally wears 18/20

I would buy the 3X in this particular item. It runs small- I typically wear a 1X, and ordered a 2X because I knew I would be wearing it over other clothes and it fit just right and wasn't roomy at all. My bra size is 40D- if you're bigger than a D, a 2x won't zip. I love this top and am ordering a couple of other colors, but this time I will order a 3X.

Order 2 sizes up as it runs super small and DO NOT put in dryer other than to steam a few mnutes .. material is super thin and gets holes very easy. Used to be 12-13 dollars ... definitely NOT WORTH 18 dollars.

looks uncomfortably tight on forearms. is it? appears that it could not be worn with long sleeves. normally 2-3x, will buy 4x.

I normally wear 2X or 3X, depending on the item, and have average-sized arms. I wanted something loose that I could slip on and off in a hurry, not concerned about appearance, so I ordered 4X. In that size, tne sleeves are plenty big enough for a long-sleeved shirt underneath; I just grab the cuff of the shirt sleeve with fingers and base of palm, and push through the sleeve. Easier than most jackets.
