A must have for sore body parts!
We have them in all sizes by now but mostly use them to ice our knees. You can also use them to ice your shoulders. Easy to use and very efficient which makes the icing for sore body parts so much easier.

Swelling? Go up a size
The fit runs a bit small in my opinion, I purchased for my knee and honest I should have gone up a size (because of swelling after procedure). It is easy to use (only used for ice), but because of the size running small I accidentally punctured it with my nail while pulling it up (I'm not blaming that on the quality, just the way I held it)

Works great, but cold only lasts 15-20 min.
This thing is great, love that is circumferential, gets very cold. The only down side is, true to advertisement, it really does only stay cold cold for 15-20 min. Unlike with other ice packs, you don't have to set a timer to know when to take it off, you'll know because it stops being cold. I prefer for it to stay very cold for the full 20 min icing session. But can't beat the convenience or that it wraps around the whole knee!

Exactly what I was looking for
I really like it, way better than trying to wrap a gel pack on your arm. It's cold but still comfortable enough.

Love at first chill
I have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and these are wonderful for a squeeze and chill for knees and elbows. We took #VanLife and kept our dog cool in AZ
