Sehr schön gearbeitet; lässt sich am Herd und im Ofen perfekt verwenden. Größe optimal für 1 Person; ausgezeichnetes geschmackserlebnis; gut zu reinigen.

26 cm Version nur fĂĽr 1-2 Personen geeignet
In der Beschreibung steht "für 2-3 Personen". Tatsächlich ist diese Tagine vergleichsweise flach. Der Füllstand beträgt nur 2,5 cm und das Volumen nur 0,5 L. Damit kann z.B. Fleisch mit Knochen (Hühnerkeule o.ä) nicht mit Kochsud bedeckt werden und gart ungleichmäßig. Wegen mangeldem Reserve an Volumen, läuft diese Tagine gern über, wenn das getürmte Gemüse beim kochen zusammensackt und Flüssigkeit abgibt. Fazit: Etwas speziell und mehr für eine Person geignet.
