This ginger product relieves nausea pretty fast and they taste great. Just be careful not to eat too many of them (which I did because they tasted so good) as ginger chews can irritate your tongue. Because ginger is naturally spicy and contains strong, active compounds like gingerol, eating too many or having sensitive, oral tissues can cause discomfort. This happened to me; and trust me, it was not a pleasant experience. So use caution - only eat one or two at most when needed.

These chews are the BEST! They have a little spice, are not too sweet, and you actually feel like you are chewing on ginger. There is a little spice too.
