I ordered this but I’m not sure if it was defected. I followed the instructions but it grew half way up and then collapsed. could I get a replacement?

We had the same problem. I do not recommend this product.

What do you do with it when you are done? Can you just trash it or eat the crystal?

Do not eat this!!!! It will eventually fall apart and you can just put in the garbage.
