Lion's Mane Mushroom, 1000mg

I've been taking Lions Mane Mushroom supplements for a few years now, hoping it may help with the Lyme disease I still have, hoping for better nerve support after getting Belle's Palsey. The first brand I took was from Paul Staments company, a passionate guru on the species. Especially Lions Mane Mycelium. Which includes the brain stem of the mushroom as well. Within a few days my mind became much clearer. Like someone burned a roast and the kitchen was filled with smoke. No damage, but once the windows are open and a breeze clears out the smoke, it seems fresher then ever before. Any mental anxiety, depression, racing thoughts that I had were suddenly calmed and while I didn't expect this effect, I was very surprised and felt extremely grateful for finding something so effective! I've tried others, some fruiting body only brands, but I've found the Mycelium to be more effective. Beware of "Mycelium Bio-mass". This is the growing medium and Mycelium all together, so much less Mycelium in these products. Still some effect though.. These Mycelium capsules are great so far. As good as any I've tried yet! And definitely the best price I've paid for such a high grade product. A 2 month supply for almost half the price of a one month supply from the top, pure Mycelium capsules sold? A must try if you haven't had this brand yet before! AA++!

I purchased these because I have a permanent brain fog from Covid and am desperate to try to get my cognitive function back to what it used to be. I am still trying to see if I notice anything different but haven't seen any changes or effects yet. The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow and have not had any negative side effects so I will update this review if I notice any changes.

Be careful with any supplement. This can have both positive and negative effects. I have neurological as well as psychiatric issues and use a symptom tracker. Lion's Mane has stimulant properties and seemed to temporarily exacerbate my movement disorder while simultaneously improving (by about 15%- 20%) my hallucinations. Again, do your research and start slow.

It’s been 5 days of taking it and I don’t have any complaints so far. I think it’s early to see if it’s doing anything. But I like that it doesn’t leave that nasty taste in your mouth.

Just received - giving it a try. Beware the that the Supplement Facts label in the product photos as well as the description is inaccurate. The product photos and description state these are 100mg per 2 capsules. They are not! They are 1000mg per 2 capsules (500mg each capsule). I’ve attached a photo of bottle received.

Capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless. Lion’s Mane Mushroom is a white mushroom as reflected in the appearance and pure quality of ingredients. My nerve pain has decreased after using this product, which is a direct result of the sheerness and effectiveness of the 1000 mg of Lion’s Mane Mushroom being carefully cultivated so people can enjoy the benefits of improved clarity and well-being.

These have worked good so far whether it be myself believing I’m taking something to enhance my memory 🙃or these pills well so be it!! I see a difference each day. Little by little. I feel the longer you are on them the better!

I like taking Lions Mane mushroom in pill form because I can't stand eating regular mushrooms. This brand is pretty good for the price. At work we use numbers often and i seem to recall numbers better after taking it for 6 weeks. I can still smell the mushrooms while taking it though.
