This was a great deal.. $9 for a total of 150' of 28awg wire is about as good as it gets. The silicone insulator makes this wire very flexible and can withstand much more extreme cold and heat. The size is as it should be, and the stranded tinned copper conductor appears to be of decent quality as well. The little dispenser box is a nice touch as well as throwing in a few zip ties and some pieces of shrink wrap. The shrink wrap looks very thick and good quality. I haven't tried any yet to see how it shrinks, but if it works well I'd definitely be interested in getting more like it. I didn't have any specific need for the wire right away, just stocking up on some basic necessities for my workbench where I do a lot of radio repair, modifications, and such. I will be ordering some 22awg as well, and I will be getting this brand since it seems to be decent wire and their prices are good. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to stock up on some basic supplies for electronics repair. This particular box was a little more than half off the regular price, but from what I see so far I wouldn't be disappointed if I'd gotten it for full price. Im sure it will take solder just fine, that's the only reason I would change my review at this point, but it looks like it should be just fine.

Needed a lot of small gage wire to extend wiring of a DC motor speed controller. This set of wire has been working great.

The cables are flexible and look nice, but the insulation is hard to strip and stretches awkwardly. The wiring inside feels questionable and can break at the joints or inside the insulation.

Isolation läuft beim Löten nicht zurück. Optimal Sehr leicht zu verzinnen. Auch für Anfänger gut geeignet.
