Awesome computer!
This has been an awesome computer!!! I needed it for college and it's been working great! At first I thought it was broken lol. Because I don't know a whole lot about computers, but everything has been working perfect! It can be used for gaming too! Its got some great specs. Great price too! Thank you.

Terrible Computer Received
This is hands down the worst PC I’ve ever wasted money on. It runs slower than a computer from the early 2000s, crashes randomly for no reason, and is completely unreliable. I can’t do the most basic tasks without it freezing, lagging, or shutting itself down like it’s given up on life. Calling this thing “functional” would be generous. To make matters worse, the monitor didn’t even come with a stand. A MONITOR WITH NO STAND?!?? For the price I paid, I expected a usable product—not a frustrating pile of junk that feels half-assembled and poorly tested. This PC is basically a very expensive paperweight. If you’re considering buying this, don’t. Save yourself the time and money. I regret sending this back because they’ll just turn around and resell to someone else tomorrow.

Nice for the price
I don't know what I did wrong, during setup, while installing a program from printmaster but, after contacting the seller, he gave me a few suggestions which fixed the problem. I have to say, however, that getting into safe mode used to be very simple; turn on the unit, press an "F" key while starting and bingo: You're in. NOW, you have to restart the computer THREE TIMES to get there! THREE TIMES!!! WOW! I finally downloaded a (free) third party application and got the job done. I remember, during the 1990's, backing up files, in windows 95, required four (count'em. FOUR!) key strokes and the backup worked fine (slapping 3.5 MB disks for hours, it seemed, but it worked.). Come windows 98 and it went from 4 strokes to 12(!!!) and it froze constantly. I mean, it NEVER worked. Not once. This was an obvious ploy to get you to buy them new fangled zip drives with 250MB per disk. Okay, I'll admit it. It was a welcomed upgrade. So, why does it take an act of god to get into safe mode? Anyway, I digress. I really like this computer. It works well, was easy to set up (after I originally screwed it up) and everything connected nicely. It's well priced, faster than my last computer and compact for a desktop. I swapped out the keyboard and mouse for wireless and I couldn't be happier. The deals are still out there. Look no further.

Buyer's beware, zona straight out of the box
I ordered this in October, I took it out of the box after i finished setting my room up and finally unboxed my computer bundle January 26, 2026. After it went to language preference, it will not boot up after I waited for hours. I did purchase the warranty but the fact that i was never able to use the computer is an inconvenience...I learned several lessons but buyers beware!!! It keeps repeating this screen over and over..UPDATE: I CHANGED THE REVIEW STARS BECAUSE IT IS FINALLY WORKING AFTER YRYING 6 TIMES LITTERALLY!!!

Reasonable for the cost.
Used my original monitor, but the one supplied seems adequate for a common PC setup. Speed is not optimum but is functional. Setup was easy and everything was included. The internet interface was not internal but works fine. Graphics are good. so overall a good deal for the cost.

Good.
Computer set up is very nice, but screen was a little damaged unfortunately, but we'll have to make it work. 👍

New Win 11 computer installation problems
Unit arrived a day before scheduled, packed well, however there was no documentation. I have never used Win 11 and it would have been useful to know about some basics. Assembly of the components was easy, but, getting it functioning started the nightmare. Initial action set up the country and key board. Now connecting to the network did not work, was then directed to go to one of my working Win 10 computers and go to "AKA.MS/networksetup" which involved turning off my Router off and on. No listing of available networks was found. Gave up for awhile and then went to the Amazon Asurion Win 11 CPU Protection Plan phone number. Agent was going to take control of my Win 11 in order to solve the problems. This failed because the Win 11 computer did not have the means to do this. Then I was told to take an existing Ethernet cable from one of my working computers and plug it in the new computer. Several programs seemed to download data from my Win 10 unit. Was then requested to enter my Email address. Could not do this as the "@" would not register (also "#") and my phone number. Lost the Agent at this time after waiting. Day or two later tried several different things and got a message "Lost your internet connection" and then noted "Network 2" is connected. Good news, I could now use the "@" and was able to sign in and entered a "Pin" number. That is where I am now. Note the Ethernet cable runs from one wall to the other. Decided to give it a rest for now. I need to move the Ethernet cable back to my Win 10 unit as I use it daily. Will try the Protection Program soon.
