Set of 3 Resistance Loop Bands For Exercise (Light, Medium, Heavy) Latex,

I've been using these bands at the recommendation of my physical therapist. So far, I can't imagine them ever snapping (although I wouldn't be surprised if they do, years and years down the road), and they've held up solidly to all of the stretching and torquing I do with them.They're easy to clean and easy to carry, meaning that I can get in a lot of my PT homework even if I'm not at home or at the gym.I'm not sure if such an option is available, but the ability to mix-and-match for the same price would be nice.

green is light, red is medium, and blue is heavy. frankly, i really can't tell the difference. i'm using this to rehab my acl reconstructive surgery. my PT use bands like these so i decided to get some so when i sit at the office i do some workouts.

These are flimsy with little resistance. The blue one is supposedly the strongest of the 3 bands and it ripped apart within 5 min of one workout. For reference, I'm a 132lb female. I had it around my ankles while doing banded glute bridges when it ripped during its first use. The red and green are also flimsy. None of the three offer much resistance. It is possible that they were stored for a long period in a hot warehouse which would have affected the resistance quality.

All 3 bands had broken within 2 weeks of starting to use them. In my mind these were going to be long lasting exercise bands that I was using to rehab a hip replacement. The product looked good when I received them but but the durability was simply not there.

You can use single, or double to increase resistance. Though it's not the greatest equipment, it work well for endurance exercises, and absolutely would tone up your arms and legs.

I love these resistance bands and use them regularly. Love that they come with three different levels of resistance and that they are labelled. Just what I was looking for. It's great they offer you free access to their website for exercise tips when you purchase them. I haven't really used the website but thought that was nice if someone didn't know what to do with them.

The resistances of the bands do not provide enough of a range. The light band is essentially like having nothing there, but the heavy band is comparable to most other light resistance bands you would use at a gym.

Love these. They are exactly what I needed and was looking for. Well worth my money. The material is very smooth on my skin to where it does not make it uncomfortable to distract me while i am working out. I would recommend this item if you are looking to buy resistance bands!
