The order of the wires in terms of color is not the same as what originally came with the M4800. The internal computer diagnostics program rejected these as not functional. These will work in the M4700, but not in the M4800.

These are not wired correctly for the Precision M4800.
The product is not wired for the model they claim it is. I had to cut the wires and re solder to make them function.
