Does not tell the right time

When I got my package I was super excited. I programmed it but to my disappointment I found that no matter what setting you put it on it says the same time. The watched worked wonderful and my grandmother was very happy with the look. It just seems like the voice was forever stuck at 8:45. Not every happy because that was the whole purpose of buying a talking watch but all is not lost.
