Vitamin A

I’ve been taking the Micro Ingredients Vitamin A 25,000 IU daily for a few weeks, and it’s become a solid part of my wellness routine. The softgels are easy to swallow, and taking one with breakfast has helped me feel more energized and aware. My skin tone seems smoother, and I’ve even noticed small improvements in night vision. The capsules are small and it doesn’t smell. What stands out is the value: 500 softgels in a single bottle means it lasts over a year, which is great compared to buying smaller bottles. Good product. Does what it's supposed to do.

This is a good product. Satisfies my vitamin A needs. Some of us realize that just because a compound is fat-soluble doesn't mean that it hangs around in your tissues forever. My bowels had completely stopped until I took 1 million units of this over 2 days. Some ( a lot) of the vitamin/mineral tests doctors order ( if you can get them to order it) are worthless if they are taken from blood. These fat soluble compounds and certain minerals like zinc, copper, are homeostatically controlled in the blood. Copper and Selenium will increase in the presence of infection or inflammation. You could indeed be deficient but it won't show up on the blood test until you have almost none in your body. I wish for the medical community and general community to get over the fear of fat-soluble vitamins so as to improve overall quality of life for everyone.

Another win for Micro Ingredients supplements. Subtle coconut smell, no upset stomach, and seems to be good quality and you get a good quantity for the price paid. I feel I'm doing something good for my body.

Trying for Dry Eyes

Smells like coconut. Easy to swallow. Other than that, it's a vitamin: it presumably does what a vitamin does. With regards to dosage, I saw several reviews saying the dose is drastically too large. I suggest those who left them check their conversion rates. Recommended daily dose of vitamin A is 700-900 mcg. This product is measured in IU. Conversion to mcg is: IU x 0.03 = mcg. That means this product provides 750 mcg at the recommended daily dosage, well within the recommended daily intake.

These vitamins are fantastic! The sweet scent of coconut that fills your nose when you open the package is amazing. These have to be the easiest pills I have ever swallowed. I didn't even need anything to drink in order for them to go down fully without getting stuck. No aftertaste. The quality is absolutely there.

This was a good deal but be careful about OD'ing on vitamin A and E. I got a floater a year and a half ago after getting on statins and was taking this daily for about a year! Thank God the doctor asked me what vitamins and supplements I was taking. My facial skin was starting to peel and I just thought it was old age🤔 Nope, I was OD'ing on vitamin A. I take this about once a week now at the most but I definitely need it.
