My 2nd bottle, proving it to be a good repeat buy.Syrup colour is on the darker side, so use this as raw maple syrup, and choose the lighter color for cooking.Bottle is the same as most others, so it's sturdy, but the flavour is wonderful!

Spettacolare, 20 anni fa avevo provato lo sciroppo "standard" in Scozia, e non mi aveva entusiasmato, anzi...Sembrava melassa.Questo prodotto è una meraviglia!Gusto complesso e avvolgente, ottimo per diversi utilizzi, ho realizzato dei plumcake e lo utilizzo a freddo nei bicchieri di panna cotta al posto del solito caramello, e i commensali sono entusiasti!Vale quel che costa, qualità indiscussa e gusto spettacolare.

El único problema es que llegó con una filtración
El producto me encanta, lo tomo con las tortitas y quedan muy buenas. No puedo decir si sabe igual que uno canadiense o si tiene la misma calidad, pero el sabor es bueno. Tengo comprado de otra marca más famosa típica canadiense y no tiene nada que envidiarle.Lo único es que me llegó con una filtración, no sé si por el embalaje o por algún problema con el recipiente del jarabe. Me puse en contacto con Amazon y les conté lo que me había pasado; como es un producto que no se puede sustituir por logística del vendedor, me devolvieron el dinero para poder comprar otro. La verdad la atención al cliente es inmejorable y se ocuparon del problema rapidamente. Como dije; no sé si vino así por el embalaje, pero igualmente me pareció un poco pobre. Recomendaría a partir de ahora ofrecerle algo más de protección para evitar futuros problemas.
