Crock-Pot TimeSelect Digital Slow Cooker | Programmable Digital Display | 5.6 L (7+ People) | Keep Warm Function | Energy Efficient | Stainless Steel [CSC066]

This is a replacement of my slowcooker. I'm really pleased with it so far. It could look complicated but it's actually very straightforward to use. You can set it to manual and cook as you need. Or you can use some of the automatic timings. They're not always suitable, I see what finish time it suggests and then choose whether to go with it or set it manually. I'm glad it switches to Keep Warm once it's finished cooking. I always switch it off at the wall when I'm finished with it and I really like that it remembers the time of day when I turn it back on, so the finished cooking time on the automatic setting is accurate. The only downside for me is that you can't set it to delay the start of the cooking time, e.g. it cooks for 8 hours but a delay timer means it won't start yet for another 2, for instance. My old one did this and I can't seem to find another that does it. But overall I'm still happy with this, especially how massive it is. Downside is the weight of the ceramic pot, but you can cook a whole chicken it without fighting it in.

i’ve had this crockpot for 3 years now, since it’s getting old i will be buying another one as i like it so much..definitely worth buying over the ninja slow cooker which i got rid of after 2 uses as i found it wasn’t as good as the crockpot

I've used a standard ceramic bowl slow cooker happily for years, but decided to try the sizzle & Sear option. The bowl being lighter, even at 6.5 litre, is great. The food can be started directly in the bowl saving hassle and washing up. The timer and keep warm function is great. This is great on induction hob. Although it is diswasher safe, I prefer to wash by hand as it so light and the surface cleans easily. Time will tell if the non stick holds up to expectations because at the moment I'm delighted.

Easy to use, great for soups and pulled meat, my only gripe is that the display started peeling off :/

Bought this well over a year ago, and still like new, despite considerable use. Cooks food evenly, with no burning or bits sticking to the bottom or sides (unlike cheaper models with aluminium pans). Takes a while to heat up, but nothing to worry about. Automatically switches to keeping the food warm after cooking time is up, which is a great feature, especially if you're out and return home later than planned Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to buy a slow cooker. Avoid putting the lid down on a cold flat surface, otherwise it could shatter (as in one review with a photo of a shattered lid lying on a flat surface).

I looove this Crock Pot❣️ If you're a busy person who don't always have time to prep meals throughout the day or always have to monitor food cooking on the stove, then this will be your new bestie. The ceramic frame is heavy duty and sturdy. I love the options of manual setting or preset time. The face plate for the buttons is sleek. I cooked a whole chicken (1st meal in the crock pot) for dinner last night and my husband couldn't believe how the meat was fallen off the bone and juicy. It will let out some smoke/fumes when you 1st use it (stated in manual) but it dissipates after a few minutes.

I'm really impressed with the digital setting up, especially setting the time you want your food ready and how you input the type of meat and the weight. Also options for veg or soup and if fullnor half full gor stews. A good sized pot for a family or to bulk cook and freeze.

Had for12 months and suspected it had a crack in the pot , but thought it may beccaused by steam, however the crack is now visible in the bottom. Wish I had listened to the reviews about this problem.

It is an aluminium pot. If you are looking for a steel one like me, this is not the product. Plus havent seen any benefits of this, already a minus because its all aluminum

La Crockpot ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Permite preparar guisos, sopas, carnes y legumbres con un sabor casero y una textura increíble, sin necesidad de estar pendiente de la cocina. Solo hay que añadir los ingredientes por la mañana, programarla, y al llegar la hora de comer el plato está listo y en su punto. Lo que más me gusta es que conserva los nutrientes, realza el sabor de los alimentos y hace que incluso las carnes más duras queden tiernas. Además, gasta muy poca electricidad en comparación con el horno o la vitrocerámica. El recipiente es extraíble, fácil de limpiar, y la tapa de cristal permite controlar la cocción sin necesidad de destaparla. Para familias ocupadas o quienes quieran comer más saludable sin pasar horas en la cocina, es una gran inversión.

Wieder einmal ein offenbar bereits retourniertes Gerät ( deutliche Kratzer und Defekte in der Glasur) als Neuware erhalten. Noch dazu wurde der britische Stecker nicht erwähnt. Direkt retourniert....
