I am not a fan of quinoa, but lately heard a lot about it and wanted to give it a try. The cooking is little time taking, as you need to wash them thoroughly, although they say pre washed. If you don't wash it properly, then you may encounter bitter after taste. So wash it until water is clear. I used it to make quinoa upma. As said by everyone else , these are filling. Very helpful if you are looking for weight loss. Not so good, if you need instant energy, as they digest slowly. No constipation issues, as they got lots of fiber, so good for eating on daily basis if you are health conscious. I recommend preparing it in batches and keep it in refrigerator, to use quickly. As preparing from scratch takes lots of time. I am not sure if other brands are giving better quality or not. As a first time user, i think this is a good buy.
