Little pills making a big difference.Having recently been hospitalised and geberally not eating so well, these one a day multivits really helped me gain the nutritional balance i needed.As a supplement to my regular food, their 100% rda of essential vits and minerals in a small, almost tasteless tablet are ideal for my needs, just one a day, with my breakfast and cuppa and my day is set...3 months supply too, so no having to make sure i have enough... at least for a while!Well packed and super quick delivery too! “A-Z", but missing minerals and complete alphabet
Purchased this under the impression it was a comprehensive A-Z multivitamin based on the front packaging. However, when looking closely at the ingredient and supplement facts panel on the back, it only covers a basic blend of vitamins (A, B-complex, C, D, and E) and completely leaves out essential minerals.
