Works Great
I have two separate garage doors. One with dip switches and one is rolling code. This can handle one of each or two rolling codes. Seems to be able to be programmed to just about every type of opener. The instructions are a little quirky. After pressing the program button inside the battery compartment, you need to press either number one or button number two (which ever you are trying to program) the same number of times as listed next to your garage door opener in the instructions. Then press the program button and you are done. For rolling code openers, you will also need to press the learn button on the opener itself to learn the signal from the remote control. The instructions imply that you need to press either button number one or button number two once and then press it again for the number of times listed in the instructions. You only press number one or number two buttons for the total number of listed in the instructions. I had a hard time with this, maybe I just didnโt read it clearly. All in all works very well. I have three!

Super easy to program
This is easy to program and works great. I have 2 garage door opener at my house. One is brand new and the other is from 1991. This remote was able to be programmed to both. I was able to select which button was for dip switches and which one was for the new opener. Very satisfied.

Drains batteries
I have purchased 2 of these and they both drain the batteries quick. Purchased the most recent one at the end of April and itโs now a month and week later and Iโve had to change the battery THREE times. Now, Iโm outside the return window and canโt return it.

Keep instructions from this ad. Included ones don't work
So crazy. Easy if you know. User error I guess. This remote is a little extra to program. Just a few seconds though. My dozens are others are 3 buttons to program. This one's was about 6. Screenshot the instructions in this ad. It's in the pics. I've been replacing garage door openers for 30 years. I'm 2 calculus classes away from an engineering degree. Been working in electrical for 10 years and never had a hard time w an opener. It took me weeks of off and on to program this. Usually don't need instructions. I even watched several you tubes and read the paper instructions several times. All that for a remote? Lol. Today, on my way to store to buy one, I returned home to get this for return. Decided to try one more time. Turned into a dozen times. While processing the Amazon return, something told me to read the comments. Someone said to read the instructions IN THE SALES AD not the included paper. Lord it worked! Lots of extra button presses but now that Ik ... We are all good! Lol. I guess times are a changing again. Lol. Still a good deal. Feels sturdy. Clip fits. Whew.

Good value ! Works good on Linear LCD 850
This universal remote works perfect for the Linear opener LCD 850. Just follow the instruction on the chart, very simple, keep the garage door close, press the learn program button on the remote till blue light comes on, the Linear opener is press โ1โ time on the remote control button. Then press the remote control learn program button again. Next press the learn button on the linear garage opener then press the selected remote control button and the garage door will open.

Easy to Program
I watched a YouTube video on programming this remote which made the instructions and programing simple. I have older garage door opener with 8 dip switches. I took a picture of the garage door opener switch positions and set the remote to the same settings. Only having 8 dip switches and the remote with 12, you leave the unused switches in the off position. It took about 1 minute to set the dip switches and another 2 minutes to do the clicks to program the remote. My garage door opener was not listed in the instructions, so I just started to click the remote until the garage door opened and then pushed the program button.

Works with a Very Old Garage Opener with Dipswitches
We have a very old Sears 1/3 H.P. Automatic Door Opener. This thing is ancient. We only have one working remote and we're getting a second car. I remembered when changing the battery of the old remote that I saw some dipswitches. After seeing videos on how people program a remote with dipswitches, I had confidence that this remote will probably work. The trick of programming this, if you have a working remote, is to just open that remote and copy the dipswitches of that remote. I didn't have to open the actual garage opener to find out about what the dipswitches are since the other remote already have that settings. After doing that and going through the steps of pressing the circle button, and then the actual button several times while near the garage opener, it found one that it liked and the door opens. I programmed both button so they can open the garage door. Other than a little delay, it works like a charm.

Didn't work on LiftMaster with Green Learn button
As per caption. Followed instructions, several times, then resorted to YouTube videos. Clearly not compatible. Return process a real pain too. These have to be mailed back to US.

No me sirvo para lo que ocupaba
No funciono en mi motor. mejor cambie el sensor directamente en el motor y ya venia con un remoto.
