First of all, I was really impressed with the packaging. It looked and felt like a high quality product unlike the cheap bottles you get in drug stores. I also liked the fact that the capsules are odourless and don't give off any unpleasant smells which I feel some supplements tend to do. After using it for a few days I felt a noticeable improvement in my concentration and focus and felt more able to concentrate, especially upon getting up from bed, which is usually a struggle. I've taken them everyday and have managed to maintain a regular gym routine which has proven difficult before and I do feel the capsules have contributed to this. It's great to feel more focussed and I was genuinely surprised and pleased at how well they have worked.

I’m nearly out of my first bottle of these. I wanted to make sure I gave them chance to work. My honest opinion is that they have made me feel a little sharper. On top of this, my love of music has peaked and I’m writing music to a much greater standard than I ever had. My anxiety seems similar to how it always has been so I can’t say they’ve helped me with that. Everyone should be taking these mushroom supplements although they are a little pricey for something that is, literally just chopped up and treated mushrooms.

I recently purchased these lions mane capsules and have been taking two per day for the past four weeks . In conclusion to my personal four week trial I can honestly say that I did feel a benefit on the cognitive front by taking this supplement . I would like to add that I had to stop taking on days four and five of each week in order to get the most benefit for me. I now take the supplement just four days per week twice a day with no side effects that I am aware of. I chose this product as it uses vegetarian capsules. Too early to know if it is having an effect but I know that Lions Mane in itself, has good benefits. Didn't give this brand a higher rating due to the lack of response from the company. I contacted them in light of the recent negative reports about buying vitamins etc from Amazon as there was a sticker on the box that put me off. They did explain why it was there but never replied as to why a line of the wording had been inked out by felt pen. Just didn't give me much confidence.

In case you couldn't tell from the title of my review, I don't like mushrooms. I'm always told they're good for you, but I just hate the texture. When I saw these Mushroom supplements, I thought they'd be worth a try to help with the neurological effects of inflammation; I suffer from Lupus, an autoimmune disease. I've been taking 2 per day to support my mental wellbeing / cognitive function. I haven't seen a drastic improvement yet ( approximately a week of use), but I will continue taking them because I have nerve damage and neuroinflammation - I need all the help I can get. My memory and brain fog has been a little better so far, hopefully it continues to improve! I also like that they're gluten-free (I am following an autoimmune protocol that doesn't allow gluten), they're UK-made, vegan and all-natural. I'm happy that a percentage of the £15.99 price is donated towards the Alzheimer’s Society. Random perk: the packaging is nicer than my other supplements.
