Does it support raid created within windows 11?

As its seen as a normal drive, there is no reason why you can not use software raid in windows with this

Is this compatible with asus p8z77 v lx. motherboard has a; 1 x pcie 2.0 x16 (x4 mode, black) slot.

I have an Asus P8Z77 Premium and I know that these motherboards will not support booting from NVMe drives using Asus Bioses. I do have a modded Bios which allows booting from NVMe drives. You would need to seek a modded Bios IMO to allow booting from such a device. If you search the web for the motherboard and NVMe it should show a number of options, however double check everything before using it to make sure it is for your motherboard because if your motherboard doesn't have Bios Flashback it is more risky. BTW I got my Bios from Winraids Level1Techs which is a recreated forum of the original Winraids forum.

Does this work with pcie 4.0 ssds?

Yes, it works fine with PCIe 4.0, I am currently using it with a WD SN850.

I use mine with ASUS PRIME X399-A Socket TR4/X399/DDR4/S-ATA 600/E-ATX Motherboard if this helps.
