Bought it from my camera and I put the model in when I ordered it and it said that it would work with that, but it does not fit inside the area for the battery and I should’ve returned it☹️‼️

I received the battery in a timely manner and it was exactly what I needed. Put it in the camera and it works as expected.

The Amazon page as of 09/21/07 describes these as 1300mAh batteries. They are NOT. They are 1100mAh. The pictures seem to rotate, but one of them has the specs printed on the battery - and it says 1100mAh. The vendor claims the mistake is Amazon's. If you visit the page several times, you will see that the vendor names change, so indeed it may be Amazon's error. I didn't catch that until after I had received the batteries I ordered. The Panasonic original is 1000mAh, so maybe you are getting a bit more energy in this OEM replacement. Difficult to tell without running a well structured test and for an inexpensive battery, I'm not about to invest the time. They seem to work and that's all I ask. Jerry

Battery works as good as the original one that came with the camera. For that price I could not pass it up to have a spare.

I bought this battery for my TZ5. It fits perfectly, and holds decent charge in the beginning. after a few months of use, the camera started to die when recording lengthy hd-video when using this battery. Now some 10 months later, this battery in drained after just 30 seconds of video or some 50 photo's taken short after each-other. Still, good price, but I guess you get what you pay for..

I purchased 2 ea batteries for my Panasonic Lumix camera. I lost my original Panasonic battery, backup battery & charger on my last trip overseas. I shopped for OEM replacements & like everyone else, was shocked by the prices. So taking a chance, I bought another charger (this time with a DC option that the OEM charger did NOT have) and 2 of these batteries. I got a chance to use one last weekend, and after about 50 shots (many with flash), and using the zoom (a lot), I was never able to drain the battery. The next day I ran my camera in movie playback mode & reviewed pictures for another 10 minutes in an effort to get the low-battery indicator to come on, but it never did. I haven't tested the 2nd battery, but I hope it is 1/2 as good as this one.
