I use half in a regular sized water bottle to ration it on my days I need a pick me up when needed at work. The quality of top-notch and feels way better for you than energy drinks with how healthy the ingredients are. Now when I first tried this flavor, I drank this in a large water bottle and played the new Metal Gear Solid game on release date nonstop until I beat it at 16 hours 8 minutes and 26 seconds. It kept me up to play the entire game more than an energry drink or gamimg drink has ever done. After I was done I layed down on my bed and then crashed with the best sleep I've ever had.

This is worth every penny I spent on it. Talk about an instant energy booster!!! I got the peach mango flavor and it's not bad. I add it to both plain water and coconut water and it gives it a slight soda vibe. Loving the extra energy without the crash!!!

I was really hoping to like these. They certainly have no peach or mango flavoring but do have fizz. Perhaps watered down will be better, I'm hoping because they are truly horrible! I have to change my review because, although I think these are terrible, my grandson loves them! He was telling me that you drink them after a workout and they have a lot of electrolytes, he even likes the taste... so, it is a matter of personal opinion!

This is the best energy drink without buzz.., tastes great.. you can safely drink two a day if you want…keeps me up and alert ..I feel less tired… I like the tubes designed…I can use half and save the rest..

Pretty good flavor will most likely buy again.y a friend of mine turned me onto these. I was getting burned out on the Celsius pouches in plain old coffee every day. I bought the variety pack this last time so I can try a lot of the different flavors at once before I commit committed to a whole box. This has been one of the better flavors though.
