A lot of fiber easy to digest. Good brand. I enjoyed the taste. It is a breakfast cereal.

Fibre provider that doesnt taste like straw
Value for money, and as mixed dried fruit present the taste is OK. Found unnessary to add sugar or syrup but adding sultanas does improve it overall.
