Invisible, Strong Hold
I have tried hundreds of products on my hair and I have few expectations of success. My hair is baby-fine and straight and determined to resist being made to do anything I want it to do. This stuff works on my hair amazingly well. It’s very light, but strong. It gives my hair enough lift so it isn’t just plastered on my head - and it stays lifted all day! You can’t see that it’s on there, which is wonderful; there’s no oily or heavy look or feel, and it isn’t horribly stiff. Great product!

Good for volume
It's one of the better root volumizers I've used as long as you dont over do it. Doesn't get crunchy or sticky like some but will get waxy kinda heavy if you use too much or with some other product uses

Very poor customer service.
I have used this product many times. However the last bottle I purchased was disappointing. The sprayer stopped after I used about 1/4th of it. The 30 days return on Amazon had passed do I contacted the company. Horrible customer service!! It was purchased in February. I cleaned it as requested and still didn’t work. I have reached out up the company MANY times and I get the same response…please be patient. It is being looked at bu quality control. It is now July and still no response from them! Think twice about purchasing from them. I also had 2 bottle tops break and had to use foil to cover them. I told them that also and still no help. This is not a way to keep crusty!!

A Can that Can't
Can stopped working (spraying) and it was a little more than half way filled. Wrote TIGI no answer. Amazon is asking what was their reply....NOTHING... Cost to much to not get full use of product.
