Perfect replacement for expensive HP drum
I bought this as a replacement for an HP drum that never worked right; despite being new, it kept reporting almost empty. This replacement resolved that issue completely, and my HP printer accepted it as an original replacement. I haven't had similar experiences with inexpensive replacements cartridges, but this one seems to work without question. Print is sharp and clear; I can't tell the difference between pages printed with the replacement versus the HP drum. I definitely would recommend this replacement, particularly at the price.

Quit working properly after only 7 months
I bought the HP Neverstop printer August 6, 2021. In February, 2024, I received an error message saying that the drum needed to be replaced. I was otherwise satisfied with the printer, so I replaced it with a genuine HP replacement drum. In September, the printer began printing very light. The ink/toner indicator is showing it is full, and in fact, was just refilled in August. An HP tech said that I needed to replace the drum. Why did the original part last 2.5 years and the replacement part lasted only seven months? This is an expensive part to replace.

Good price and genuine toner. Always prefer this compared to the other alternatives as you get more print pages compared to others.

It works but not as well
When I first bought this printer, my imaging drum lasted me about 4 years. This replacement works but it went bad after 5 months.

Delivery was a problem.
The only issue with this order was it took the carrier too long to deliver the item. Otherwise, the item arrived in good condition and it works just fine.
