Easy to assembly, very sturdy, great value.
Love it! I put it together all by myself, in about an hour (unless you count the extra hour I spent trying to make one of the peddle screws twist to the right only to find out not all screws go 'rightly tightly and leftly loosely' which I thought was law lol) but no docking stars 'cause that's my own mechanically challenged fault! Doesn't make much noise and seems very durable. Does the job, for sure! My sore leg muscles can vouch!

Serviceable for the Money
This product is pretty much "you get what you pay for". Would a more expensive machine have a smoother glide, easier resistance settings (digital vs. a turn-knob), and more stability? Yes. But As I didn't intend to pay $500-700 for a home exercise machine, this trainer does what I wanted.Assembly was rather frustrating (took my boyfriend and I about 2 hrs). Be careful to assemble all pieces in the right order and to make sure items are in the correct position. We installed one of the foot pads backwards and the first time I stepped on it to test it, it cracked. Luckily, it was on the far edge, doesn't affect use, and nothing super-glue can't fix.Using the machine as an elliptical (which was the primary purpose I bought it) is comfortable and easy. There is some sway, but that's to be expected. The seated position is far less comfortable for me. I'm 5'4", and have to lean far forward to grasp the bars. The moving hand bars swing out too far to use and the stand-up bars are too far forward to use comfortably while pedaling. I can do it for a time, but the effort is fatiguing on my back. All in all, I can get a nice work out, get my heart rate up, and can get exercise at home without paying a gym membership, so I'll take it as a win.

SEVERE WARNING ON RETURNS
(Background information)This elliptical cross fit machine came to us on time and complete. There are warnings about its difficulty to put together but even for a mechanically challenged person like myself I was able to sort through the problems and had it together in about two hours.BUT that's when the problems began. My wife had just started to use the machine (less than 5 min.) when the pedals could not be pushed. I tried to get on with my greater weight and strength but I could not make them turn either. I checked the wheel and that could be turned by hand. I contacted the company via the Amazon portal and that too worked fine. The company contacted me and said I needed a new "drive shaft." (It took two tries because I did not understand that I had to respond and say I wanted the new drive shaft.)All of this was frustrating, but understandable. I can't say whether the problem was shoddy workmanship or just bad luck on my part getting a rare lemon.HERE'S THE REAL PROBLEM!!! At this point I was told that I needed to return the machine for a refund and I was given a UPS label to print out along with instructions and information. On printing this out I discovered that to return for a full refund I had to return it IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I do not believe that this was made clear to me when I was opening the packaging and it would have approached impossible to get those tightly packed styrofoam pieces out of the box without ruining the box and possibly the styrofoam in the process. I did not have the packaging, and I had ruined it anyway by the time I knew this. In the fine print I read RETURNING IN OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL RESULT IN A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. PLUS IF RETURNED IN A LARGER CONTAINER AN EXCESS POSTAGE FEE WILL BE ADDED.At this point I had to decide whether I wanted to struggle to return the machine and receive $40 or so for 2-3 (perhaps more) hours of work. I did not return it.This might be a good value. But be very careful when you unpack it because the penalty for not having the original packaging is severe.

Great for the price
Pretty good quality for the price. I use it almost every day and it seems to hold up. The few small issues I have are the pulse takes forever to read and always starts over and slowly counts up if you release. Everything is metric which really isn't a big deal as the US standard system is dumb if you think about it. The distance and speed don't seem to be accurate, but again I don't really care (My workout doesn't change if the distance says 5km or 100km, I'm still going to go as long as I want to) I wish there was a small shelf to hold a phone or iPad so I can watch videos. I'm 5'11" and 220lbs and the bike fits me perfectly. Seat could be slightly more comfortable but not a deal breaker, I can go 30 minutes no problem and the seat isn't an issue.
