I recently purchased the GreenSoul gaming chair, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations! The build quality feels very sturdy and premium. The cushioning is comfortable, supportive, and perfect for long hours of sitting, whether for gaming or office work. The adjustable features like the reclining backrest, height adjustment, and armrests make it very ergonomic and customizable to my posture. The design is sleek and stylish, and it adds a nice touch to my setup. Assembly was simple and didn’t take much time. What I love most is that even after sitting for hours, I don’t feel the usual back or neck strain—thanks to the lumbar and headrest support. Overall, it’s a fantastic chair that combines comfort, durability, and looks at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable gaming/office chair.

I was looking for chairs to buy for my family and found this and wanted to write a review for who ever is looking to buy - this is an amazing product. I however don't use much of recline, so not really sure of the quality there, but I am super happy with the money I spent on this.

Bought this for the (what is, for me, extremely expensive, eye watering, wallet draining / credit limit annihilating) price of 17,091 INR because it was the one with the highest weight rating in the entire Green Soul lineup - 135 kg - and because I was fed up of damaging or breaking cheaper chairs with my (extremely?) above average weight which has been between 110-115 for years. Green Soul support contacted me directly over WhatsApp on the day of delivery, hours before it arrived, and sent an assembly instruction video. Packaging was done extremely well. It also included a paper with diagrams of every part and type of bolt / screw which was referred to both in the instructions on the same paper as well as in the video so understanding how to put it together was a breeze. I used the soft cushion (seems like normal foam to me, not memory...) for a day in both orientations and it was okay but I found it was more comfortable without it. The headrest cushion OTOH, is indispensable. Love the 4D armrest but it could've been longer, that is to say extended more towards the back - if you're reclining just the backrest, after a certain point you can't reach them anymore, even when they're kept at their most extreme backward setting. Better to set the backrest at a comfortable angle and rock the chair back (including the seat), then lock it at whatever position you want. But if you lock it at the most extreme setting (15 degrees IIRC) your legs tend to dangle above the floor even when the seat is at the lowest setting so better have a short stool or footrest nearby. The seat of the chair is nice and wide. The bucket seat-type backrest though, is not nearly wide enough. The curve is too aggressive and narrow and if you have a large torso due to being on either end of the fitness spectrum it'll be a snug fit. Would've really preferred a flatter / less aggressively curved backrest any day (like the ~5k INR Furlay recliner I was using before the same load bearing part failed - in both the original AND it's replacement :') in order to change the angle at which I sit & not be limited by the sides of the chair digging in awkwardly. Due to the short armrests and the curved backrest, only about a quarter or a third of the recline angle is comfortable - after that I can't reach the armrests with anything other than my hands and the huge curves on the bottom half of the backrest start digging into the sides of my upper back (don't remember the exact term - the muscles right next to the shoulder blades) because it's wider compared to my lower back. The Furlay recliner was way better in this regard because 100% of the recline angle was easily usable due to the flat backrest and the armrests that were attached to the backrest - plus it had a leg rest - you could convert it almost into a bed in a second. Sometimes simple is the way to go. I would've gone for that again if it was more sturdy / I was less sturdy, hah. Still, as a chair meant only to be used at a desk, this Green soul chair is a GREAT choice. I like the adjustable spring strength rocking mechanism, that and the 4D armrest make up for the aforementioned issues when sitting at a desk because of the sheer customisability you get. The castor wheels are smooth and the overall build quality seems to be quite sturdy. Overall I'm quite happy with this purchase & the support is phenomenal - but I think I'll also get a stronger load bearing replacement part for the Furlay recliner fabricated for when I need to completely relax, but not on a bed & not on a chair. :)

Introduction: I ordered this gaming chair on 31-01-2021 and got it delivered by 05-02-2021. Received the package in good condition. Kudos to Amazon on that. The Retail packaging was also nice. Green soul did an excellent job at packaging. The parts came covered by plastic under thick foam providing suspension for extra protection from transit damages. On unboxing the parts I was greeted with the product itself. Step-by-step instructions were provided with the unit so assembly was a breeze and with a little help you probably will probably be able to manage it yourselves, though it will ache your spine a little. Size Considerations: The chair itself is very nice. At first, I wasn’t aware that a larger variant of one of these existed. That knowledge came to my mind after already placing the order. Hence, I was a little sceptical about how the smaller one would turn out to be. Would it fit me properly? And the answer is yes. I’m 5’11 (maxing out the height support as advertised) and this “smaller” chair is actually bigger than I am and literally all of my friends are and trust me, they come in all shapes and sizes :P. But if you’re over 6ft I’d suggest you to go for the larger variant. Quality, materials used and comfort: Comfort is as advertised. Overall construction is sturdy. Apart from the inner metal construction, the seat is made with a moulded foam which is a thicker version of memory foam and the upper material is stitched with spandex fabric with a stylish touch of PU leather in the side. So, wear and tear of external as well as internal materials of the seat itself is highly unlikely. However, it may get stained if you use it carelessly (like spilling sauce, milk etc can be a problem) Cleaning the seat is a little difficult and I’m not sure if that can be done with a wet clean cloth if it gets stained at all. I think it will damage the upper material. The cushion is just the right kind of soft to sit on. Your butt will thank you in the long run. The backrest is also very comfortable and the outer and inner materials are the same as that of the seat. The lumbar pillow provides support to the back making you comfy for longer durations. I never found any physical discomfort even after 6+hrs on a single gaming session. Its my eyes that hurt. The pillow is made out of thicker memory foam inside (could be a little softer but don’t worry, its memory foam. It eventually adjusts to your pressure) and a velour material covering on the outside. The texture is very smooth to touch. My room is fairly dusty since its right by the main road but this chair managed to look clean. 2 months into using it and I haven’t cleaned it ever since. However, I’m worried about the back of the backrest as there is a part without memory foam with just a PU leather (watch video) and PU eventually degrades faster than other materials. That's the only con I could find. The neck pillow is adjusted a little above my neck line and the entire back of my head rests on the pillow. The pillow is very soft and the outer materials are the same as that of the lumbar pillow. The memory foam inside the pillow is softer and different as compared to what is used for the sit, pillow and backrest. The base is made out of metal as advertised. The wheels don’t make any sound when the chair is moved and the transitions are smooth. Mechanical levers used in this unit are smooth with lots of flexibility and features (like 4D-armrest, rocking mechanism, height adjustment, backrest adjustment from 90⁰ to 180⁰) and don’t produce any creaking sound whatsoever. If you use it, you’ll know what flagship chairs are. These are way more comfortable than the so-called ergonomic office chairs which gives limited modularity. You can even consider sleeping on this chair or let a friend sleep on it in case of limited space if you have too many people over in your home, especially like in a party, if you’re hosting one :P. After-sales service, overall assessment: All in all, a great buy. Though not many people would like the idea of finding spending nearly 20k on a chair worth considering, yet if you’re one of them who wants the best of the best, checks nearly all the boxes, I don’t think you will go wrong with this one. Green Soul is an Indian brand and my bet is they produce the best quality products at a given price. After-sales service was also good. The order manager contacted me even through WhatsApp before I even got the product, gave all the necessary info and the tracking details and believe me, they did not cut any corners. They used FedEx. They even provided the warranty information almost immediately after the product assembly as promised. I have purchased countless products on Amazon and this was by far the most satisfactory purchases ever. 100% recommended. If you know what you’ll buy for yourself and if that is a gaming chair, on any chair whatsoever, really, even for older persons in your home for their ultimate comfort, you cannot not go wrong with this one. In fact, out of all the other options available, this is the best and smokes out all the other competitors, even in its own ballpark.

I have been using this hair for more than 1 year now. It's comfortable, cozy & looks beautiful. Easy to assemble, I did it myself. Size is quite big & mobility is damn good. I use it during work hours, and I can also take a little nap on it. Quality is really good that even after rough use of 1 year, it's still looking new. Highly recommended if you spend lot of time sitting for work.

I purchased this Green Soul chair with high expectations for my Work From Home (WFH) setup, but it has turned into a absolute headache. If you are planning to buy a chair for long daily usage, think twice before ordering from this company. 1. Hydraulic Gas Lift Failed Within 2 Weeks The hydraulic gas mechanism failed just two weeks after purchase. The chair refuses to hold height, making it extremely uncomfortable and impossible to work on properly during long WFH shifts. 2. Abysmal & Unresponsive Customer Support Getting in touch with their customer support team takes at least 3 days. For a WFH professional whose daily work depends on a functioning chair, waiting days just to receive an initial reply is completely unacceptable. 3. Third-Party Courier Delays & DIY Burden Instead of sending a technician to inspect or repair the chair, their resolution process is to ship the replacement part via a third-party courier—which takes another 7 to 8 days. Worse, they expect the customer to dismantle and assemble heavy structural components themselves. 4. Horrible Foam Quality & Exorbitant Replacement Costs The seat foam quality deteriorated almost immediately. When I raised this issue with customer care, instead of honoring warranty support for a defective cushion, they demanded ₹4,000 to ₹5,000 extra just to replace the foam part! Charging almost half the cost of a new chair for basic seat cushion replacement is ridiculous.
